Yes, and no..........we don't make things happen so much as we tend to get in God's way and mess up His Plan, UNLESS we are serving Him by doing His Will........It is not us, but Christ that is within us that makes things happen.......

just saying

The saying that "Whatever will be will be" is a FAT LIE of the devil.
As Christians, we make things happen. So, my Dear Precious Bothers and Sisters; don't say "Whatever will be will be."
We are Children of GOD, Heir of GOD and join Heir with JESUS CHRIST. JESUS CHRIST our PRECIOUS LORD makes things happened and HE never said that whatever will be will be.
Act your Faith always and change the situation.

No more a tool of the devil than any other thing in this world. It ONLY becomes his tool if folks use the tool to do the devils work. Social media can ALSO be used to witness for the Lord, and reach many folks that may well not be reached otherwise.

Comparing ourselves is not always an evil spirit........might wanna do a bit more reading of Scripture on that one.... just saying

Social Media is a tool of the devil, the devil loves us to compare ourselves. This is the same spirit that caused Saul to go after David.

When done on a carnal level.......comparing to others can be a bad thing, and often IS a bad thing, but when we focus on Christ, and look through Spiritual eyes, it can be different in my opinion:

1 John 4:1-5King James Version (KJV)

4 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. (Mark 11:23)

Good morning everyone. It's my day off today! Let the Christmas shopping begin. :)

Long hours during this time of year tend to make me grumpy. Please say a prayer for me. :)

Hey guys, I'm feeling bad because I accidentally sent a horrible pic of myself to one of my female friends on facebook by accident. I meant to send her a link to a youtube video but I guess the link didn't copy and that pic was somehow on my clipboard. :( And on top of that, I thought she was offline and I think I woke her up because she seemed a little angry. :( Anyway, I just had to get that off my chest. A lot of weird things have been happening to me lately, and not good things! :( :( :(

A few years ago, I was invited to join a mission team to go minister to an underground church and ministry in Vietnam. Most on the team were on their Facebook, asking for resources, prayer and others things for this trip. Their churches were also on their Facebook pages, promoting their would be missionaries and the trip.

We were in a launch meeting one Sunday night and all received notice from the Evangelist that organized the trip that it was cancelled and that the underground church had been raided and all members and their families, tortured, maimed, raped and eventually killed, including the pastor and his entire family. They found the pastor tied to a tree in the jungle with 1 inch strips of his flesh cut off and exposed. The autopsy said he lived for at least 7 days while all manner of vermin and insects and birds slowly ate him alive. the same was done to his wife and 3 small children and not one child of his was over the age of 8 and they were all found together tied to trees about 5 feet apart.

The trip was cancelled because groups that kill , kidnap and torture Christians in Vietnam use Facebook to track mission teams and their movement in and out of their country. Someone had decided to post our hotel location and the enemy found the church. If the church had not been attacked and the trip was still on everyone but 4 of us would have been kidnapped and died. The group responsible had already been making plans to kidnap everyone that posted about the trip on Facebook.

This would not be dying for the cause of Christ, this would be letting Satan kill prideful, foolish, naive, and very stupid Christians

No Christian states they would ever take the mark of the beast, but happily deceive themselves with social media, because they have generally no understanding that it is the technical platform by which they will one day be hunted down, persecuted and killed for the cause of Christ even in the USA.

Social Media is just another beast technology, just like crypto currency, like bitcoin and Ethereum

Social media divides it never unites. You can attmept to justify all you like, but if people got off Facebook and in THE BOOK, we might see the world change for the better.

I went out today and bought my wife a new Fit Bit for Christmas. You are not allowed to use coupons on Fit Bit's, which is a bummer, because I had a 25% off coupon at Kohl's. :( They don't take coupons for Nike or Under Armor clothing or shoes either, but at least, they were already 25% off. :) I just don't have the time and energy to run all over the place to find the best deals. Everything my wife wants always seem to have strings attached when trying to get a discount.
