How did your appt. go, PR?
Have an aorta aneurysm.......but it's small so they are going to monitor it to track any growth. I go back next year. Have had a radical change in my diet though......sigh....... low fat, sugar, carb diet. NO REESES CUPS.........OUCH! No cheeseburgers, pizza, and anything fried or red meat.

While I thought this would really bum me out, I have actually enjoyed much of the diet. Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, pears, peaches for desert/snacks/and cereal toppings. DARK CHOCOLATE semi-sweet (wee bit), avocados, fresh veggies, boneless, skinless chicken or turkey breasts, fish, button mushrooms, unsalted crackers, homemade veggie soup, sugar free popsickles, and anything that fits into the diet plan. After three weeks, I have to admit I do feel some better without all the sugar/fat intake, so I can't complain too much.
