Joining you with coffee 💜and praying the medicine will clear everything wrong up.
Thank you muchly, SoulWeaver :) I suppose this second round of chemo is just a bit of a safety net, as I was told they got all the cancer (in surgery) and that it had responded very well to my previous round of chemo (with radiation) and also that it had not been as far advanced as they originally thought, as the affected near-by lymph nodes were cancer free, which is very good news, though it also meant they cannot be sure of my "stage" as they at first thought stage three, but now that is questionable... all good news! :):):) Praise the Lord, for He is good, His love endures forever! PS~ I love your music so so much, it plays in my mind even when I am not listening to it  I also told some of my church fam about your youtube channel, and at least one person was going to check it out also :D

I've been on a streak lately looking up plants. I want to make a design for a zen garden that will be interesting all year round. Who knows where we end up living and how small the yard might be but I love designing so I'm having fun :)
That is beautiful!!!

That is beautiful!!!
I need to start posting pictures of gardens here, garden of the day and maybe also plant of the day. It's relaxing.
I thought to open a separate thread about gardening, but not even sure where would that belong. And I'm not doing anything new with plants right now anyway since I have zero space here, just thinking of the plants for a garden and a design.

Some things I'm thinking about:
- tropical zen garden, maybe some elements of desert garden
- moss and fine white gravel, no sod. colored gravel or glass gravel for details
- a mini koi pond in a big bowl
- cute litle topiary
- majority of plants will be useful and edible, either having fruit, culinary or medicinal
- colors!!! leaves, stems, flowers... and all year round
- perennials to make efforts worth it

How was your trip? Is that waterfall a pic from your recent travels? My daughter takes summer holidays with her paternal aunt and their two dogs to visit such natural phenomena as waterfalls and beautiful lakes :) They have done that for the last three summers in a row, now, throughout British Columbia and into Alberta :)
it was awesome, exploring rural villages, country towns, waterfalls, volcanoes and lava flows, ports, fishing villages, isolated beaches, hamilton is where we were bases, a city of ten thousand, lovley city. Also seen many decaying towns with empty shops, and abandoned factories. We did pass through the city where my family live, and were quite nervous. We considered wearing disguises driving through main street. The last people I want to see.

claiming that you have 'zero space' is like saying that you are
lost without hope...
am I wrong???

Since my daughter has been working she has taken an active interest in beautifying her dad/grandfather's property where they live, buying potted flowers for the back yard every summer and plants for their sun deck's flower bed... they do not have a lot of space in their back yard either, partly because the garage and a driveway coming off the back alley take up quite a bit of space, but they still have some lovely trees, such as cherry, pear, and plum, plus my daughter also bought a small apple tree that has about six different grafts on it, and it is currently producing apples. They grow other things as well, for instance she recently planted some beans (or was it snap peas?) and broccoli along one side of the house, and another side of the yard is all grape vines, under which they grow tomatoes and raspberries. It sounds large saying all that, but it really is not ;):D

Dreaming about what one might do "if only" is a lovely pass time.
Some people have amazing gardens! I am sure they take a lot of work also...

Oh my, so cozy. That one looks like an English garden.
One day, God willing.
It's a lot of fun watching things grow. Plus when the plants give fruit as well?? Awesome.

Hebrews 6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

"Nothing is gentler than water,
Yet nothing is more effective
At wearing away hard rock.
Nothing is greater than God
In overcoming hard times.
Weakness conquers strength.
The flexible overcomes the rigid.
Everyone knows this,
But no one practices this.
Therefore Christ says,
"Whoever wants to be great
Must be a servant to all,
And whoever wants to be first
Must be the last of all"

---Laozi & Marshall Davis
