It means the site itself has a preset size limit for files. Try to open the picture in a program and save it as .jpg it should take less space

I don't know but God warned this girl about certain vaccinations for the kiddies here in Africa :) They had to go to Israel and couldn't go with out being vaccinated, but God opened a door and did a miracle in their lives. I can't remember the full story because my wife red the book.
Your wife went to Israel. I would love to go there (y) It would be spectacular.

Does anyone know what uploaded file is too big means when you want to post a picture?? and can you do anything about it.
If you upload your image file to postimages.org, you can resize it during upload to be 640 pixels wide, which is often optimum; sometimes even 320 is good enough :) Files larger than 1 Megabyte are too big. They are large because for printing purposes, the pixel ratio needs to be 300 ppi for optimum print results, whereas monitors display at 72 and/or 96 ppi (pixels per inch). That makes a normal file about four times too large for posting. Many free image editors allow for sizing also, such as Paint :)

No, the lady and her children went.

I want to go so bad Ruby. Our church do a tour of the cell they held Jesus in before He was crucified and apparently it is an experience beyond words...

It would be brilliant. It was on the news the other day that the Somalian or Ethiopian (Icant remember Jews were going back to Israel in droves. I was thinking of hiding in one of their suitcases as it is probably expensive I guess.

You are welcome, Ms Ruby :) If you do use postimages, which I highly recommend, make
sure to copy the direct link for posting purposes from the second line of links provided :)

I have been employing their free services for years :)

I size my own images/panels to just under 1 M :)

Apparently there are a gathering of wild birds and wild animals close to Armageddon and nobody knows the reason why... we are indeed living in interesting times.

There were instances over the last decade of water throwing out dead fish or it was raining dead birds, stuff like that. It's written in book of Amos I think. It's the Earth grieving.

Jpgs save as a smaller file size because they compress the information, which is great for saving space on your HD, and in the old days (ha, not too many years ago really) nobody had as much space on their 'puters as they do now, so that was kind of necessary. The problem with compression, though, is any time you may make a change to a jpg and then re-save the file with said changes, you lose information, so if you make changes and keep saving, over time the file degrades to a point where it is very pixelated. For posting purposes, jpgs are fine, though I always save my files as pngs. Only jpgs, gifs, and pngs are allowed/acceptable file extensions here, and probably most other sites as well.

Sorry it was Hosea.

Hosea 4:3 Because of this the land dries up, and all who live in it waste away; the beasts of the field, the birds in the sky and the fish in the sea are swept away.
Zeph 1:3 “I will sweep away both man and beast; I will sweep away the birds in the sky and the fish in the sea— and the idols that cause the wicked to stumble.”“When I destroy all mankind on the face of the earth,” declares the LORD,
2 Esdras 5:7 Fish will be washed up on the shores of the Dead Sea. The voice of one whom many do not know will be heard at night; everyone will hear it.

...but there was another verse about the Earth grieving, I just can't find it right now... Wait, found it.

Jeremiah 12:4 How long will the land mourn and the grass of every field be withered? Because of the evil of its residents, the animals and birds have been swept away, for the people have said, “He cannot see what our end will be.”

I just meant for the purpose of posting it here; my bad for not mentioning, don't destroy the original. It does get a little reduced in quality.

Oh, I was not meaning to criticize what you said in any way, just adding info ;) And yes, when making changes, always keep original by naming new file something different. I just add an extra letter or number to the end of the file name, so they stay in alphabetical order and grouped together instead of being in different places in the same folder. Makes everything much easier to find :D

I do the same thing when saving images to my HD... group similar things together by naming similarly :)

And you know I have thousands of images on my laptop, LOL, even just for making panels :giggle:
