Good morning/evening (whatever the case may be) everyone.
I've been laying low as I'm dealing with a major blow, figuratively speaking, to my heart.
The last few days have been really challenging, but God's grace is sufficient.
A couple of quick updates:
Amazon hasn't even responded to me over the last few days, so, in essence, they have responded. In other words, they've basically told me to take a hike, and I'll probably just take the loss without a fight.
On a possibly better note, initially, I thought that I was going to need a new transmission in my car which would have cost me somewhere in the $2000 range, but I might have dodged that bullet. My particular car doesn't come with a dipstick by which to check the transmission fluid, and my mechanic had added some by guess-timate a few months back. Well, apparently, if my car has too much transmission fluid in it, then after 2000 miles of driving, my check engine light will go on and the car goes into some sort of protective mode which is what I experienced while driving it last Friday. In other words, I might not need any work done to it at all as it seems to be running fine on its own now. It's still at the shop because my mechanic is going to see if his friend who owns a transmission shop has the type of dipstick required to accurately check my transmission fluid level so I don't encounter this same type of problem in the future.
Anyhow, that's what's up at my end.
I wish you all a blessed day in the Lord...whatever part of it yet remains in your specific time zone.
