Yes, I do Magenta, along with WWII Docs as well.. Any recommendation will be welcome :D(y)
This award winning, high definition, spectacularly photographed and wonderfully narrated (by David Attenborough) eight part series called Our Planet, which Netflix has made available for free on youtube, is truly excellent :) imdb rates it at 9.1, with the bi-line: One man has seen more of the natural world than any other. This unique feature documentary is his witness statement.

It was four years in the making :)

Another I really liked was called A Plastic Ocean

I had to pause it half way through to weep for the loss of marine life due to our love
of plastics, how they are disposed, and the fact that it never breaks down, just apart.

63 billion gallons of oil are used every year just to supply the U.S. with
plastic water bottles, more than 90% of which are one-time use only.
The U.S. alone throws away 38 billion bottles every year, equaling 2 million
tonnes of plastic going into U.S. landfills, and that is only counting water
bottles, amounting to approximately 300 pounds of single-use plastic
disposed per person per year. 80% of the litter along the shorelines of the
Great Lakes is plastic. This level of plastic debris is found all around the world.
The Mediterranean Sea is one of the most polluted bodies of water on the planet,
where recent findings show a 1-to-2 ratio of plastic to plankton. That is not
counting other types of garbage such as metal, rubber, and netting etc.

^ From that documentary...

Another is is, My Octopus Teacher which follows South African filmmaker Craig Foster
during the year he spent with a wild octopus while freediving off the coast of South Africa.
He documented the highs and lows of the octopus’ life while developing a beautiful friendship
with the wild animal. Craig said in the documentary that he needed a “radical change” in his life
so he began going diving every day off the Western Cape of South Africa. While wandering through
a kelp forest, he discovered an octopus and became fascinated with the animal. Truly sweet.

More? How about The Ivory Game ?

And what about true life dramatizations of history?

I did start watching that one, but never finished it

There was another one about ocean preservation on the life of a woman who dedicated her life to such...

I cannot remember the name of it  I'll try to find it for you :)

Ah! Found it :D:giggle:(y)

Mission Blue is a Netflix original documentary which follow’s Sylvia Earle’s journey in trying to raise awareness of the dire threats faced by our oceans. Learn how and why she’s made it her life’s purpose to speak for the ocean, calling for us to protect the ocean in the same way we now protect the land through a global network of marine protected areas.

Phil- Did you hear about the man with an unhappy wife? He knew supper would be either cold shoulder, hot tongue, or grumble soup.

I watched I Can Only Imagine a short time ago, and did enjoy it :)

Have you see Do You Believe? I highly recommend it :)

Another one I really enjoyed was called All Saints...

It was also based on a true story :D

PS~ the movie titles are links to their imdb page ;)
I saw "Do you believe?" with my children in the theater when it first came out years ago.

Worth the watch.

'The Cokeville Miracle' is one of the best true story movies I've seen. The event happened in the 80's in a small town in Wyoming where big miracles took place, involving an elementary school, a bomber, teachers & children, and a surprise turnaround. It's on YT and Tubitv.

Quick question for anyone living in the USA...

Did any of you receive a letter from Joe Biden saying that you would be receiving an additional $1400 in stimulus money?

I got a letter at my PO Box, dated 4/15, which said that I should be receiving the additional monies within 7 days, which would be tomorrow.

Just wondering if anybody else got a similar notification.

Hey, if it's true, then bring it!

Do you get YT or Tubitv? Maybe I can post it on here, lol. Good luck.
I see TubiTV ads on my phone every so often... is it available online also?

I am quite used to seeing shows with no ads... do they have ads?

PS~ Thank you for the recommendation :D

Yes Tubitv is online and free. They have minimal ads, that aren't too bad btw. The movie is under the Faith category. It's also on YT if you get that.
