insurance can get annoying, I don't know how people like you have the patience to deal with it constantly....

when i first started working with the insurance side, i would almost cry cuz i didn't understand. my bosses were so nice to me in saying that i was doing a good job considering insurances usually try to trick a person to get out from paying. same thing with claims. when one returned to me all kinds of messed up, i would get depressed (because i don't like messing up!). but now? i know how things roll lol

My sister's common-law boyfriend left her for another girl after 23+ years. I was out with hubby yesterday and we saw him in his truck as we turned the corner. He waved at me and hubs, but "a$$hole" came right out of my mouth without even thinking!! Awful eh? I told Jesus to forgive me for that! Gotta retrain my brain!!
