she's pregnant and has an 8 mo...and her BP is consistently 80/35.
she worries about falling with the baby, or dropping him.

I know. I see you laughed but it's still an unpleasant monkey wrench in things.
That's why I dread being late but I usually call. And I don't mind waiting once I get there if I was the one causing everyone else to wait. I figure that's part of the process to get things back on track. I find employees are very helpful when we respond like this because kindness really is the key.
