i need more than two hands to count the number of Americans i've talked to
who go overseas and tell people they're from Canada.

bad reputation we have, and some of it deserved. :(
I won't "like" this post. I have my share of American friends ... and every one of them I can trust with my life :)

It is still early yet. I live about 10 miles from where the Lightning play but, of course, I am rooting for Detroit. It would be best to end the series tonight. If the Wings lose tonight prayers may be needed for Game 7.
Like everything else in the tourist household we are on opposite ends again....Lightening all the way.....Where else can you find a Catholic and an SDA married....A Republican and a Democrat.......Dog lover, cat lover......we are so opposite and somehow we work......lol I am truly amazed at our loving relationship......and acceptance of each other....for who we are....We have known of each other for a year in March now.....and still going strong and have not fought over anything....we really gotten quiet a couple of times but talked before the night was over......oh I forgot Lions for him Colts and Bucks for me.... We laugh a lot.....Blond and Dark Brown hair......we are even opposite there....

but between our 'foreign policy' and the attitudes of some people here...
i'm wondering if telling Europeans i'm from Canada might be safer?

a moot point, though, since i don't have a plan to leave the country.
or a passport. :)

Even though we may believe everyone else, including our spouse, has the right to be wrong, marriage is a 90/10 deal. Give 90%, but only expect, at the best, 10%.

since this thread was begun, i find it difficult to maintain a serious posture in the BDF.

is this a problem?
No I think it is good to see the lighter side of things cause it can get really heavy out there.....I have just been handing out a lot of cookies lately.......So what if they ignore me?.......lol

Bed is calling me and I must heed the call....Old Blond Out....Love you guys/gals........Good Morning or Good Night where ever I am that you are not....lol I may be old but I still have my sense of humor.....Night....

I am so happy, I found my keys. Because today when I got home from school I had to go through the window to get inside the house. They have been missing since last Thursday and the worst part of it was they were in the first place that I checked. I don't know about me sometimes:confused:.
lol, At least you knew enough to climb through a window....I had friends who got locked out of their apartment when the window next to their door is open....They call me to help them instead of going next door to get the spare key from the guy they are renting from....I leave college to go see what they think I am going to do because I don't have a key.....I get their and see the window open that they forgot all about....normally the professor wouldn't excuse something like that, but they didn't lose points for missing class because it was too funny

A handy tip :) Hide one key underneath one of your liscence plates. Use the plate screw to fasten it behind the plate. Can always screw it off with a dime or something similar. Never get locked out either :)
Now we all know how to get into kis' car....Lets all go for a ride..:p

Out foreign policy isn't all that different from yours these days. But I know what you're saying. I have a friend from Michigan that has done as much :)
