That sounds fun. Are you doing anything special for decorating them? That is my favorite part of cupcake/cake baking.....some reason when we make cakes for an event, they make me carry it...We can't drop it....talk about scary, just ask psychomom...
The scariest part of all this, is that I have to travel with them and make sure they don't get knocked over if a person were to slam on their brakes right in front of me. That is scary business right there. I think I might go with a bridal theme because we speaking of an event planning business. Plus we have a really cool name thanks to one of my friends.

is this not such an adorable girl? ♥

she's much more excited about the cupcakes than the class.
as it should be. :)
:eek:Awe Shucks. I love being able to live in the moment rather than getting stressed out. That is the biggest change that my best friend has taught me, is to stop and smell the roses.

By the way you are the adorable one.

Ah, fun weather headed my way. Rain for maybe the next few days, and some severe stuff too. Tell me, you ever talk to someone about weather and then they died in it? Odd sounding, yes, but severe weather in Oklahoma can mean tornadoes, and many okies have been killed in them.
I love stout weather. Thunder and lightning, the sky rocking and rolling...just a majestic display of His power and might.
As much as I enjoy it, I cringe to think that while I am awestruck someone might be dieing. Stay safe friends, and remember, bad weather takes as much of God's power to make as good weather does.

Psychomom and I volunteer to help you transport the cupcakes if we can each have one :p
I have experience holding cakes when someone slams on the breaks.....no my face did not wear frosting...:p

I'm here!

I've been watching a double header in Alberta tonight.

Live streaming the Alberta election. NDP won and turfed a party that had been in power for 44 years.

Watching the Flames vs Ducks game on TV. Bad call on a Flames goal! I hope they can score again.

Double header?

Do a lot of Canadians have two heads?

I thought that was an American baseball term for having games back to back? Elections are games too.

SCORE! Go Flames! All tied up!

Playoff hockey is good stuff.

You name it we have it! Although the CFL is pretty popular here, too! (My dad played in the CFL back in the day)

Hockey is OUR game! Even the American teams are winning with Canadian boys.

As for racing, horse racing has a long tradition in Canada. Not sure about noisy race cars, although NASCAR came to a few big cities once.

Hockey is a GREAT game, once you understand it! LOL

Sometimes I want to "forget" that I am against an eye for an eye....
A guy in Norway beat up an 80 year old man , in his own home, to get his money...
I now this is not the Bible thread but I want to explain this. The Biblical meaning of this statement is not to take the guy's eye that took your eye but if somebody was injured (like the loss of an eye) you had to compensate the other party. In those days there was a remuneration payable as determined by the elders :) use it don't use it...
