This is a nice simple question

The Jews recognise that a prayer sacrifice is all that's needed in temple these days.

So why would they start doing animal sacrifice in the temple again.

perhaps my buddy @cv5 could give us an answer 😊.

when he's finished rolling around the floor in fits of hysteria, barking like Ebenezer Scrooge that is.

well I'm delighted to have known your heretic views and even more delighted by the fact, that we have nothing in common.

As for your deluded theologies I'm delighted to hear them to

I find your intellect as intriguing as Adolf Hitler.
Wonderful. Thank you. And have a great day buddy.

No longer be a curse.

No sun.

Face to face with the Lord.

No death.

No pain.

No suffering.

No toiling

Things to come SHORTLY.

Are these all fulfilled?
They are not completed, but all are started. Question...why in the case of life must everything be completed immediately, but in death it can come over time?
When God said..in the day you eat of it you shall surely die...do you not expect all the immediate impacts of death that you expect from life? You believe Adam and Eve died, yes? Why wouldn't the effects of life come the same way?
If you will look at your own life, and history as a whole, you will find that it does. If you like, sometime I'll take you through it.

Yeah sure, you are full of questions aren't you?

Reminds me of that "Yea, hath God said.....?" guy. Very much so.

And God surely DID say that He is going to certainly going to redeem Israel yet future, exactly why, exactly how and exactly when. Literally hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of times. Despite your strident vehement persistant and perpetual objections that would steal from God the glory due Him for this mighty work of grace.

Yes, Satan destroying Israel is a dream come true for much of the leaven polluting the Church today. And as I said earlier, you are in good company because Satan and his host going to do their best to make sure Israel is not redeemed just the way you would like it. But both they and you will fail inevitably. So good luck with that.

As for further debate, go argue with Paul. My time is better spent elsewhere.
Satan didn't destroy Israel. They destroyed themselves. Israel is being redeemed...the Israel of God.

Why didn't Israel mourn for Christ. Why are 99% of the Jews still rejecting Christ if this all happened in 70AD? 70AD was judgment.

This is a rescue....

12:10~~King James Bible
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
Sure...under what covenant?

There are eight to choose from buddy. The serious Bible student knows which is which, when, for whom and why.
So tell us. How many covenants exist right now?

I know. Definitely. Lucky me huh? But then again, I take the Bible seriously.

You are woefully ignorant if YOU do not know. You had better hit the books buddy.

Oh and by the way:

Jesus Christ is the ultimate "Kinsman Redeemer" ......

Evidently the "continuation theologians" haven't the slightest idea of the relevance of this title and office as it relates to Israel and it's inevitable future.

But then again, another epic fail is exactly what you would expect from a doctrine that is heretical.
It's another truth typified in the law and in Boaz. Both pointed to Christ...the firstfruit of the brethren. No longer Jew or Greek.

Satan didn't destroy Israel. They destroyed themselves. Israel is being redeemed...the Israel of God.
Your grasp of the content and reason for the book of Hosea is also an epic fail.....
You know......all that stuff about God's redemption of His adulterous wife Israel?
A theme that undergirds more than half of the OT if you did not know.

Hos 14:4
I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.

Hos 14:5
I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.

Hos 14:6
His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.

Hos 14:7
They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.

Hos 14:8
Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.

Hos 14:9
Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

It's another truth typified in the law and in Boaz. Both pointed to Christ...the firstfruit of the brethren. No longer Jew or Greek.
Yet another epic fail.

Boaz = Christ the Kinsman Redeemer
Naomi = Israel the sons of Jacob
Ruth = the gentile bride the Church, who first HEARS about Boaz from Naomi, and clings to Naomi and Boaz in faith

Boaz/Christ redeems THE LAND of Naomi/Israel, so she can resettle in it. Ruth/Church marries Boaz/Christ, laying at his feet during the threshing floor scene/great tribulation.

Everybody knows that this is the INTENTIONAL PATTERN of the book of Ruth. Everybody. At least everybody who is not a heretic.

Gen 13:15
For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.

Gen 15:18
In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

And you thought that "THIS LAND" was to be the eternal inheritance of the Church?

Gen 17:10
This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
Gen 17:11
And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.
Gen 17:7
And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

And since when are all converts to Christianity to be physically circumcised?

Another epic fail as regards your understanding.

Tragic. But I will do my best to keep the leaven of ignorance from further damaging the Body.

[re-posting article link]

"How is the Term Israel Used in the New Testament?"

[quoting excerpts] "The above list is the total times that “Israel” is mentioned in the New Testament and it is obvious even to Covenant Theologians that the vast majority of the times it refers to national ethnic Israel. In fact, only three passages are used by Covenant Theologians to try to prove their Church-equals-Israel equation. On two of these, Romans 9:6 and 11:26, they are not unanimous, for even some Covenant Theologians see these verses as speaking of national ethnic Israel. The only one verse on which all Covenant Theologians are unanimous is Galatians 6:16. This is the one and only verse that even comes close to saying what Covenant Theologians want it to say. Therefore, it will be given its own separate treatment."

[and]

"... the conclusion is that the Church is never called, and is not, a “spiritual Israel” or a “new Israel.” The term “Israel” is either used of the nation or the people as a whole, or of the believing remnant within. It is never used of the Church in general or of Gentile believers in particular."

[and quoting; bold mine]

ALL 73 occurrences of the word "Israel" in the NT always mean "Israel" ;)

Gen 17:7

Ah yes, the very important study of the distinction (in the OT [Gen]) between "SEED [SINGULAR]" and "SEED [PLURAL]" (both are used--context often determining which is which). ;) Good one, cv5!

"And I will establish H6965 my covenant H1285 between me and thee and thy seed H2233 after thee H310 in their generations H1755 for an everlasting H5769 covenant, H1285 to be a God H430 unto thee, and to thy seed H2233 after thee. H310 "

What is the body of Jesus Christ? church.

When the scribes and Pharisees persecuted Christians, Jesus said to Paul, Paul, Paul, why do you persecute me?A child born to a woman is the member of Christ, the body of Christ.

It's not just that the woman gave birth to Jesus.
If you claim the woman is the church. Then does it make sense that woman (the church) gave birth to the man-child (the church) ?

The church gave birth to the church? no.

Israel, Zion (from Isaiah 66:7-8), gave birth to the man-child Jesus.

Revelation 12 is about what Israel, the Jews, will experience during the 7 year 70th week of Daniel 9:27.

Epic fail. Where do you people come from anyways? Because the level of ignorance that I see is staggering and deeply concerning.

Rev 12:1
Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.

Gen 37:9
Then he dreamed still another dream and told it to his brothers, and said, “Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me.”

Every sound mind understands that this imagery is in reference to Israel per Josephs dream.

All Zion is Israel the nation. The physical nation with borders.

The Jews turn to Jesus during the time of Israel the nation's travail, her time of pain (Daniel 12:1), i.e during the Great Tribulation in Revelation 12:10. The woman in Revelation 12 is Israel the nation.

7 Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.

8 Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.
Under what covenant?
