Joh_9:24 Then again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, Give God the praise: we know that this man is a sinner.
Joh_9:25 He answered and said, Whether he be a sinner or no, I know not: one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.
As i was thinking on what to post, this story came to me
Today at church the Lord reminded us on being redeemed, set apart, saved from the things of the world. saved from the world, as the Lords prayer in John chapter 17, He said, i pray that they be not taken out of the world, but that You protect them from the evil one.
We all face those moments when our faith is put to the test, and all forms of unbelievers come up with different kinds of reason to break our faith, where circumstances(environment) speaks something contrarily to the word of Truth, things that appear true and good at that very moment but the Holy Spirit bears witness with our spirit that we are not to take it.
All those moments where trials and temptations burden us to an extent we feel like giving up.
Well the Lord reminds us today, that forget not what HE did to you and for you in the past, HE is still the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, He opened my blind eyes, so i do not really need to listen to people saying "JESUS is not Lord" or the devil saying "Jesus has abandoned me" why? because i worship HIM because of who HE has shown himself to me to be. and whether i get what i pray about or not, HE remains the same, so why should i not hold to something that is Eternal, HE is eternal.
Be comforted BY HIS FAITHFULNESS, GOODNESS, MERCY, LOVE AND CARE. whether you do not see it, it does not mean that HE is not visible, you just gotta say "i do not know if he is a sinner or not, all i know is that i was once lost in the world and now am saved, i was once blind and now i see".
as there is absolutely no greater portion than HIM, HE is the very portion that we all need!!..
