If it were not angels that mated with the daughters of men in the book of Genesis...
then who were they?
It would seem that they were Giants Gen 6v4....not Angels. Can you tell me where it says they came from heaven ?

They are a spirit. People are a spirit in a body. It is either holy or unholy.

God or evil.
Can not agree there. a person is not a spirit in a body...a person has a spirit which makes us 'conciously aware in order to lead a human life. If we were already 'determined by a certain spirit how could we change or be converted ? our human spirit is not yet set to be either all good or all bad.

I agree ! but Jesus also said 'except you be converted and 'become as little children, you shall not enter into the Kgd of heaven.
I think what needs to be considered here is that we are first ''children who need to learn before we can be ''adults to receive the HS. God always does things 'in order !

I think it reads their offspring were giants.
My Bible says 'their offspring/children were mighty men, men of renouwn ...after the Giants had come in and fathered them. Gen 6v4.

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth,
and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men
that they were fair;
and they took them wives of all which they chose.

Who were the sons of God? And from whence are they?

I am saying if he is then he contradicted himself by saying this...

1 John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin;
for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin,
because he is born of God.

1 John 5:18
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not;
but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself,
and that wicked one toucheth him not.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
[SUP]7 [/SUP]But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1John 1:5-10

Scripture just says 'there were Giants in the earth in those days Gen 6v4 and we also read that they inhabitet Canaan....so they were on earth.

All this has already been dealt with on the thread.

I am not going to rehash it with you.

Unless you post something worth replying too.

But I do have a question for you.....concerning this you have posted?

Are all the sins you have washed all away by the blood of the Lamb?
