PSA 115:17 The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.
ECC
9:5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
9:6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any [thing] that is done under the sun.
Acts
2:34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
2:35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool. David is still awaiting for YESUAH to come to Resurrection HIM.
To resurrect means to raise from the dead, Till they are raise they do not know anything or neither can they praise the LORD,
JOB 17:13 If I wait, the grave [is] mine house: I have made my bed in the darkness.
17:14 I have said to corruption, Thou [art] my father: to the worm, [Thou art] my mother, and my sister.
17:15 And where [is] now my hope? as for my hope, who shall see it?
17:16 They shall go down to the bars of the pit, when [our] rest together [is] in the dust.
yes David wasn’t the apppinted Christ is peters point there , David was prophesying about Christ is peters point again though
how is moses alive and well discussing christs death ?
Who were those who raised from their graves After Jesus was raised up ?
“And the graves were opened; and
many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”
Matthew 27:52-53 KJV
Are they dead still too ?
Or Moses who appeared standing with Jesus discussing his death with him , I’d be dead also ? The thief on the cross is the paradise he was promised a grave where nothing exists ?
consider the Gospel
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me,
hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and
now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.”
John 5:24-25 KJV
“Verily, verily, I say unto you,
If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.”
John 8:51 KJV
There’s a difference in being among the dead the good news brother
“Jesus said unto her,
I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”
John 11:25-26
The dead know things even non believers
“And it came to pass, that
the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom:
the rich man also died, and was buried; And
in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
And
he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue;
for I am tormented in this flame.
But Abraham said,
Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.”
Luke 16:22-25
it seems as if Solomon was missing some information that came with Christ
