I don't doubt it. Seems to be a pretty hot topic of debate.

if you want to stir the pot you can also post about the following topics:

*Keeping the Sabbath: Saturday or Sunday

*Law and/or Grace

* millenium reign, preterist, etc.

* Are Spiritual gifts for modern day times?

and i'm sure there are a lot of others.

LOL! If one day I have an interest in any of the topics you listed above, I will be sure to post a new forum. I am genuinely interested in the topic I posted in this forum, but I will keep those other topics in mind.:)

I don't dislike Calvinists...
but I do enjoy the occasions when they talk about something else.

: )

I'm a Calvinist, but instead of dividing the Calvinists and Arminians, let us Calvnists divide ourselves for once over the following questions:

Regarding the Fall of Man in the Garden of Eden,

"Are you a pre-lapsarian Calvinist, or a post-lapsarian Calvinist?"

Regarding the Reprobate,

"Do you believe in single predestination or double predestination?"

And most importantly, John Calvin was French, but I don't think he was born in France. I say he was born in Quebec, Canada, because no one that intelligent could been born anywhere but in Canada!!!

"Agree or disagree?"

(Note: the first two questions are important ones for us Reformed folk, however I wrote this post in the spirit of humor. So please feel free to ignore it and put your focus back on dividing Calvinists and Arminians - or what I like to call them "The Blessed and the Tolerated" - lol).

Do you mean which we adhere to or which we believe divides?

Loveme1, that was a very "divisive" question!!!

We don't need that kind of attitude in this thread!!!

(I hope sarcasm doesn't divide - lol).

What happened to none of the above vote? :)
Not that I say any are wrong, but Just keeping my walk in Jesus is my answer.
Not because I cannot agree , I just lack the abuility to understand any of it. :)
So Ill just stay with trusting in Jesus, for scripture, understanding and walk. :)
I dont know there is an ism that can be added to this. :)

God bless

Where Calvin agrees with the bible I agree with Calvin. Where Arminius agrees with the bible I agree with Arminius. Above all I agree with Jesus on all matters of eternal value.
