has anyone read the part in the bible where it describes Jesus having intense fire as eye's? I read that a long time ago and i knew why his eye's burned like that, his eye's burn like that our of love and protection for us. As if his eye's are saying YOU WILL NOT LAY A FINGER ON MY CHILDREN to the devil or any dark force. whenever i think of those eye's i can see them in my mind and i can sometimes feel the intensity. Now for a very long time i have asked jesus for these eye's because i want my eyes to burn for his children as his do, but even though i don't have them yet i know i will. So if you think of these eyes what do you see in them? what happens inside you when you can see the intensity of them?

I've noticed as I get older I don't see as well... lol.

The verses I'm aware of that speak of this are:

1) Revelation 1:14 (NIV), "His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire."

2) Daniel 7:9 "As I looked, "thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.

3) Daniel 10:6 His body was like chrysolite, his face like lightning, his eyes like flaming torches, his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze, and his voice like the sound of a multitude.

4) Revelation 2:18 "To the angel of the church in Thyatira write: These are the words of the Son of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished bronze.

5) Revelation 19:12 His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.

But there may be more.

Yes its very hard to imagine them, even for me its kind of fuzzy but the moment i saw them i knew why they burned so strongly. Yes they also are of his power and authority but most of all they burn for us, these are the eye's the demons tremble to
