So I made a thread recently about the love I seek with God and was told that it is important to share what he has already revealed to me so here it is.
People these days often talk about God's coming wrath and judgment and anger, they also see him as sort of a strict father.

Well this is not the God I know. The Jesus I know is so beautiful and caring, and the Father is so powerful and full of love. someone who is so richly full of love and intimacy for us he creates a blasting aura of love on his throne. Jesus desires so much to hold us all in his arms and love us like we never could imagine, and the father is so full of tears when we are finally there with him in heaven, and he opens his big wide arms as we run to him. God is so full of laughter and joy, the very being of laughter and happiness. He only desires to have us in his arms, more than anything he wants us because of how deeply he cares and loves us. How it pains him to see us sad, how he just wants to cuddle with us and take care of us. even in those strong and powerful hands he takes such care in holding us

This is the father and Jesus I know and see, this is the God I feel madly in love with.

Sounds like you don't love the truth. I love God because He tells me what is wrong with me, not one that tickles my fancy.

It's true, of course, that God is a vengeful God, God is a Just God, but never forget that GOD IS LOVE.....

The Holy Bible IS the Book of Love........NOT judgment, condemnation, or any such, it is LOVE.

Yes, God shows us and corrects us when we fail, but He also shows great love, compassion, protection. The truth is that God is everything. Almost sounds like you are a legalist? I am not putting you down, just asking. :)

It's the difference in between calling Him "baal" and calling Him "YHWH", and the difference is deep in the heart.
He will point out your flaws, but He won't scream at you like an earthly parent.

don't reply to unkind words. What you said, is just how I feel our heavenly Father is towards us, it is truly wonderful that you know this, some never do, don't get into the dirty turf of some attitudes, it will only put cold water on your faith. Thank you Blain for your faithfullness to the Lord. :)

your wrong God will never ever tell you that something is wrong with you, you will tell you that something is wronge with you. When you accept Jesus as your savior, why would the Lord tell you that your something is wrong with you, when you have the savior within you. You became a new creation and there is nothing more purer than that. That is not the nature of God to say things like what your thinking, and to say things like this to Blain. I will not read our posts, as I feel your just not understanding the love of the Father. I pray that you will be filled with the Love of Jesus and that his love will over take you and renew you to his character and his nature which is Love. God is love in it's fullest.

God is loving, but he is also just! He can't be loving without being just and fair. He loves me enough to tell me when I am wrong and convict me when I know I can do better. God won't sugarcoat with me because he loves me! He loves me enough to show tough love. I know one thing though, God HATES sin, it is something he can't stand it, and won't allow.

Who reproof people of sin? The Holy Spirit... o it is God telling us where we do wrong... Now you say when you accept JEsus as your saviour... Please show me the verse where ANY PERSON accepted Jesus.... This makes it your choice to chose God... and God says EXPRESSIVVELY... You did not choose me, I CHOSE you...

Your doctrine contradicts God, therefore you have things wrong... Another TRUTH yo contradict is the Jesus in you... Jesus is NOT given to dirty vessels.... Only HOLY vessels... Where is Jesus IN YOU when you sin? Does He move out for a while? Or are you just fooling yourself to believe Jesus is in you...

My dear friend if Jesus (The SEED OF GOD) is in you, you CANNOT sin and HE NEVER LEAVES....
Here is God's Word as confirmation.... 1 John 3:9... Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.


Now either you have this seed in you or you do not... If you sin you do not... As easy as that...

Blain you CANNOT beleive another sinner about the WORD of God.... Only God's HOLY people knows HIS WORD... God sad to THEM... Thou shalt know the Truth and the Truth shall make thee free..... The Truth seperates ALL God's children from ALL EVIL... and they are not being made free they ARE MADE FREE when they KNOW THE TRUTH....

Here is the TRUTH.... The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
Blain do you think IF GOD delivers a person OUT of temptation, that that person will still sin? Well then you do not have the right God with you... NOT IN YOU with you....

When HE IS IN YOU YOU CANNOT SIN.... And that is the Gospel of Jesus... HIS perfection in you will keep you FROM ALL EVIL.

So then I should not believe you either? For you are a sinner as am I. Believe me I know he corrects us and disciplines us. But I have said to him many times How I love his discipline because of how lovingly he does it and I get broken and built up even better than before. He is a kind and loving parent who disciplines us only because he loves us and wants us to learn. and I still sin cobus, so I guess God is not in me then?

This is how you started this thread, and I will prove to you when you find this love you SEEK, you are perfect... so yo just judged me to also not have found this Love, yet I would LOVE you to show me FOR NOT LOVING YOU AS MYSELF, AND GOD ABOVE ALL....

Blain you yourself confess to be a sinner, and becasue you are and we do not AGREE, then I have to be one as well? Is that the judgnment you use. Or do you make a RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT like God? Not even I have judged you as a sinner, you did so yourself, and just because I LOVE the TRUTH God gave, me and I am sharing it with you, with the LOVE OF GOD in me, I am also sinner, because you do not believe the WORD?

Ok then I am also sinner, now can we at least agree I have not said ANYTHING TO YOU without proving it with the Word of GOD... Just as I will SHOW YOU WHAT IT IS YOU ARE SEARCING FOR... ANd you do no even KNOW what you are searching for is ALSO IN THE WORD OF GOD....

Blain the first thing you have to know is this..... WE LOVE HIM BECAUSE HE LOVED US FIRST.... (1 JOhn 4:19)
Ok! do you believe GOD LOVED YOU FIRST.... Yes you do...
If God loved you first, do you think HE has a level of love that HE WOULD WANT US TO LOVE HIM?... Yes HE HAS a level that he wants us to love.... God says as HE LOVED US, we should LOVE ONE ANOTHER....So God wants us to love as DEEP as HE LOVES....

Blain God says if we do love like that WE ARE PERFECT! Blain God is perfect because HE IS LOVE... You seek the LOVE OF GOD IN YOU... and that LOVE IS PERFECT....

Sin drives that love from ourselves... SATAN wants us to sin... sin is HATEFUL ACTS not LOVE ACTS.... God wants us to LOVE, not sin....

There is NO LOVE in sin, and NO SIN IN LOVE... Believe God Blain not me....

Here is a PERFECT few verses for you to make your own..... And look how toroughly God will furnsh you unto ALL GOOD WORKS... NO SIN in ALL GOOD WORKS... Look and learn this off by heart so you can TRUST GOD WILL DO THIS FOR YOU TOO....

BLAIN PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME ON THESE TWO VERSES GOD SAYS SO MUCH IN THESE FEW WORDS.......

2 Timothy 3:16 and 17.... All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
