Well way I look at things is that Jesus title is King of The JEWS. Jesus will literally sit on David's Throne in Jerusalem and rule, so if Jesus is King of the Jews, then he must have Jews to rule over, that is what we are seeing the start of today, the gathering of Jews from around the world.

First - Who is "Israel"?
Second - Who are the "children of Israel"? Are these the twelve tribes?
Third - What does "everlasting" mean? Does everlasting REALLY mean everlasting?
Fourth - Did God make promises/covenants with the children of Israel that were everlasting covenants?
Fifth - Are we speaking of replacement theology/supersessionism?

Jesus is King and Priest now, and He is already reigning on David's throne.

If looking at the context of history and scripture, it is arguable that the correct translation of "King of the Judeans" with the Judeans being those who physically lived in the region of Judea.

He is?

When did he destroy the nations?
How is he ruling with a rod of Iron?
When did the nations start going to jerusalem to worship him year after year?

Jesus is the King of the Jews, Jesus is literally sitting on the throne of David, in New Jerusalem; He is ruling right now over the all the faithful of Old Covenant Israel, and the Church of New Covenant Israel. The gathering of the Jews in the 21st century has nothing to do with these Scriptures. They are certainly always in the spotlight these days, so I guess we'll see what happens!

Medieval Kingdom of Khazaria, 652-1016 AD
Over a thousand years ago, the far east of Europe was ruled by Jewish kings who presided over numerous tribes, including their own tribe: the Turkic Khazars. After their conversion, the Khazar people used Jewish personal names, spoke and wrote in Hebrew, were circumcised, had synagogues and rabbis, studied the Torah and Talmud, and observed Hanukkah, Pesach, and the Sabbath. The Khazars were an advanced civilization with one of the most tolerant societies of the medieval period. It hosted merchants from all over Asia and Europe. On these pages it is hoped that you may learn more about this fascinating culture.

"In that day will I raise up the TABERNACLE OF DAVID that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by My Name, saith the LORD that doeth this. Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God" (Amos 9:11-15).

They went 400 and some odd years from their captivity in Babylon unto their Messiah;
and those faithful of that last generation of Old Covenant Israel,
repented and returned to their King in the latter days. ie the end of the Old Way.

Are you going to build a literal Davidic throne during the supposed millennium for Christ to sit upon?

So you're denying the present priesthood of Christ? I'm sure you've read Hebrews 5-9?

Hebrews 7:24-25 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.
Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Jesus is presently reigning as King and Priest.
On the day of Pentecost He was already on David's eternal throne in Heaven.
Acts 2:29-35
29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his
[David] throne; <- ...and Christ is already risen.
31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

Does this description fit a literal 1,000-year kingdom on earth?
Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
Daniel 7:13-14 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Christ's kingdom is a spiritual one in which we are translated into once we are delivered from the power of darkness.
He does not dwell in a physical temple. Acceptable worship to God is in spirit and in truth.

John 4:21-24
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Thank You!!! The Tabernacle of David is the Church, New Covenant Israel!
David put the Ark of the Covenant in his Tent on Mt Zion;
there was no outer or inner court,
all of Israel came into the presents of God and worshiped Him.
This is a type of the Church that has been being fulfilled for almost 2000 years now!

Amen! And He is already reigning.
Did Jesus Christ come to reign or did he come to be sacrificed as the lamb of God? You know the answer to that and he came not to rule or to reign but to put away the sin of the world. Don't get all confused with your own negativity toward dispensational thinking. Christ was raised from the dead for our justification so that we could have a perfect standing before God. A lamb does not reign or rule and Christ subjected himself to the demands of the mob that wanted him crucified. Christ came into the world not to condemn it but that the world might be saved, not through his reigning as king but through the suffering and shedding of his blood on the cross. Christ came to serve and to seek and save that which was lost. His first coming had nothing to do with ruling on the throne of David here on earth or in heaven if that is where you believe David's throne to be. Does that mean that he is not king of the Jews, of course not, but he was a rejected and crucified king of the Jews, not a reigning one.

Jesus had no throne on earth to reign and to have dominion and when he ascended he went to the right hand of the Father's throne. The church is the body of Christ that is here to fill up those sufferings and to take on the yoke of Jesus and find rest for their souls. The church is not present on earth, living in bodies of sin and death to reign here on the earth. We will not even begin to reign until we have gotten total victory over death and have put on immortality. The next time you have chest pains or if you come down with cancer or you suffer from dementia or depression or have a nervous breakdown, tell me then that you are reigning and that you have dominion. It's appointed unto man once to die and then the judgment and no one will reign until after the judgment because you need your new body to be able to reign and you don't get that until you die and God gives it to you.

Strange the Bible says this

Matthew 2

2 After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi[a] from the east came to Jerusalem2 and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.”

God gave them a sign in the heavens to proclaim Jesus KINGSHIP

John 2

47 When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, “Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit.”
48 “How do you know me?” Nathanael asked.
Jesus answered, “I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.”
49 Then Nathanael declared, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the king of Israel.

John 12

12 The next day the great crowd that had come for the festival heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. 13 They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting,
“Hosanna![d]

“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”[e]

“Blessed is the king of Israel!”
