In Revelation 10 John has a vision of a "mighty angel" with a little book in his hands. This is my interpretation of the little book.

"Then the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said, 'Go, take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the earth.' So I went to the angel and said to him, 'Give me the little book.' And he said to me, 'Take and eat it; and it will make your stomach bitter, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth.' Then I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter. And he said to me, 'You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings.' " Revelation 10:8-11

I think it's probably a treaty of some kind between the nations of the world. It's a "little" book; it appears as a book but is much shorter than a book. In Daniel 9:27 we read: "Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate."

This "covenant" is the little book. At first it will seem sweet as honey; it will appear to be a grand solution to the plagues that have come upon the world. But in the middle of the week he will break the covenant and it will become bitter to the stomach.

In Revelation 10, the angel stands with one foot on land and one on the sea. This represents the whole world. Notice in v. 11: "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings." This is the first time this phrase appears in Revelation and it's immediately following the introduction of the little book.
I think that instead of thinking this is something Antichrist says and does...

you should put this passage about a little scroll being eaten by a prophet that is sweet in the mouth and bitter in the belly, together with the other places in scripture where a little scroll is eaten by a prophet and is sweet in the mouth but bitter in the belly.

Like Ezekiel 3 and Jeremiah 15

John is a fantastic student of scripture. Everything in Revelation has precursors in the OT, and that's probably the best place to start looking.
The Word of God is spoken of many times there as being sweet in the tongue, better than food. The phrasing here in Revelation 10 is no accident and I think it far more likely John is being told to put the Word of God in his mouth than the word of Antichrist.

Psalm 9 is the Son speaking and praying

Psalm 9
For the Chief Musician. Set to “The Death of the Son.”
A Psalm by David.

(Son to Father)

9:1 I will give thanks to YHVH with My whole heart.
I will tell of all Your marvelous works.
9:2 I will be glad and rejoice in You.
I will sing praise to Your Name,
O Most High ('Elyon).

(Son to Father concerning the wicked)

9:3 When My enemies turn back,
they stumble and perish in Your presence.
9:4 For You have maintained My just cause.
You sit on the throne judging righteously.
9:5 You have rebuked the nations.
You have destroyed the wicked.
You have blotted out their name forever and ever.
9:6 The enemy is overtaken by endless ruin.
The very memory of the cities which
You have overthrown has perished.

(Son about Father)

9:7 But YHVH reigns forever.
He has prepared His throne for judgment.
9:8 He will judge the world in righteousness.
He will administer judgment to
the peoples in uprightness.
9:9 YHVH will also be a High Tower for the oppressed;
a High Tower in times of trouble.

(Son to Father about His people, believers)

9:10 Those who know Your Name will put their trust in You,
for You, YHVH, have not forsaken those who seek You.

(Son to His people, believers)

9:11 Sing praises to YHVH, Who dwells in Zion,
and declare among the people what He has done.
9:12 For He Who avenges blood remembers them.
He doesn’t forget the cry of the afflicted.

(Son to Father, asking to be saved from death)

9:13 Have mercy on Me, YHVH.
See My affliction by those who hate Me,
and lift Me up from the gates of death;
9:14 that I may show forth all Your praise.
In the gates of the daughter of Zion,
I will rejoice in Your Salvation (Yĕshuw`ah).

(Son about the wicked and the Father's judgment)

9:15 The nations have sunk down in the pit that they made.
In the net which they hid, their own foot is taken.
9:16 YHVH has made Himself known.
He has executed judgment.
The wicked is snared by the work of his own hands.
Meditation. Selah.
9:17 The wicked shall be turned back to Sheol,
even all the nations that forget 'Elohiym.

(Son about His people)

9:18 For the needy
shall not always be forgotten,
nor the hope of the afflicted perish forever.

(Son to Father)

9:19 Arise, YHVH! Don’t let man prevail.
Let the nations be judged in Your sight.
9:20 Put them in fear, YHVH.
Let the nations know that they are only men.
Selah.

Psalm 10 is the Son praying and describing children killed by abortion.

Psalm 10

(Son to Father)

10:1 Why do You stand far off, YHVH?
Why do You hide Yourself in times of trouble?

(about abortion)

10:2 In arrogance, the wicked hunt down the weak.
they are caught in the schemes that they devise.
10:3 For the wicked boasts of his heart’s cravings.
he blesses the greedy, and condemns YHVH.
10:4 The wicked, in the pride of his face,
has no room in his thoughts for 'Elohiym.
10:5 his ways are prosperous at all times.
he is haughty, and Your laws are far from his sight.
As for all his adversaries, he sneers at them.
10:6 he says in his heart, “i shall not be shaken.
For generations i shall have no trouble.”
10:7 his mouth is full of cursing, deceit, and oppression.
Under his tongue is mischief and iniquity.

(babies described as innocent, helpless, weak, caught in nets, crushed victims)

10:8 he lies in wait near the villages.
From ambushes, he murders the innocent.
his eyes are secretly set against the helpless.
10:9 he lurks in secret as a lion in his ambush.
he lies in wait to catch the helpless.
he catches the weak, when he draws him into his net.
10:10 The helpless are crushed.
They collapse.
They fall under his strength.
10:11 he says in his heart, “'El has forgotten.
He hides His face.
He will never see it.”

(Son cries out to Father for justice)

10:12 Arise, YHVH!
'El, lift up Your hand!
Don’t forget the helpless.
10:13 Why does the wicked person condemn 'Elohiym,
and say in his heart, “He won’t call me into account?”
10:14 But You do see trouble and grief.
You consider it to take it into Your hand.
You help the victim and the fatherless.
10:15 Break the arm of the wicked.
As for the evil man, expose his wickedness
until You find no more.
10:16 YHVH is King forever and ever!
The nations will perish out of His land.

(Son to Father about humble, fatherless, oppressed victims)

10:17 YHVH, You have heard the desire of the humble.
You will establish their heart.
You will cause Your ear to hear,
10:18 to do justice for the fatherless and the oppressed,
that man who is of the earth may terrify no more.

Psalm 11
For the Chief Musician. By David.

(Son speaking and praising the Father)

11:1 In YHVH, I take refuge.
How can you say to My soul,
“Flee as a bird to Your mountain!”
11:2 For, behold, the wicked bend their bows.
they set their arrows on the strings,
that they may shoot in darkness at
the Upright in heart.
11:3 If the foundations are destroyed,
what can the Righteous do?
11:4 YHVH is in His holy temple.
YHVH is on His throne in heaven.
His eyes observe.
His eyes examine the children of men.
11:5 YHVH examines the Righteous,
but the wicked and him who loves violence His soul hates.
11:6 On the wicked He will rain blazing coals;
fire, sulfur, and scorching wind
shall be the portion of their cup.
11:7 For YHVH is Righteous.
He loves righteousness.
The Upright shall see His face.

Psalm 12 is the Spirit speaking. He quotes the Father in verse 5.

Psalm 12
For the Chief Musician; upon an eight-stringed lyre.
A Psalm of David.

(Spirit to Father)

12:1 Help, YHVH; for the faithful Man ceases.
For the believers fail from among the children of men.
12:2 everyone lies to his neighbor.
they speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart.
12:3 May YHVH cut off all flattering lips,
and the tongue that boasts,
12:4 who have said, “With our tongue we will prevail.
our lips are our own.
Who is 'Adown over us?”
12:5 “Because of the oppression of the weak and
because of the groaning of the needy,
I will now arise,” says YHVH;
“I will set them in safety from those who malign them."
12:6 The Words of YHVH are flawless Words,
as silver refined in a clay furnace,
purified seven times.
12:7 You will keep them, YHVH.
You will preserve them from this generation forever.
12:8 The wicked walk on every side,
when what is vile is exalted among the sons of men.

Psalm 13 is the Son praying to Father and asking to be saved from His enemies and death.

Psalm 13
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David.

(Son to Father)

13:1 How long, YHVH?
Will You forget Me forever?
How long will You hide Your face from Me?
13:2 How long shall I take counsel in My soul,
having sorrow in My heart every day?
How long shall My enemy triumph over Me?
13:3 Behold, and answer Me, YHVH, My 'Elohiym.
Give light to My eyes, lest I sleep in death;
13:4 Lest My enemy say, “i have prevailed against Him”;
Lest My adversaries rejoice when I fall.
13:5 But I trust in Your mercy.
My heart rejoices in Your Salvation. (Yĕshuw`ah)
13:6 I will sing to YHVH,
because He has been good to Me.

Psalm 14 is the Spirit speaking.

Psalm 14
For the Chief Musician. By David.

(Spirit speaking)

14:1 The fool has said in his heart, “There is no 'Elohiym.”
they are corrupt.
they have done abominable works.
There is none who does good.
14:2 YHVH looked down from heaven
on the children of men,
to see if there were any who understood,
who sought after 'Elohiym.
14:3 they have all gone aside.
they have together become corrupt.
There is none who does good, no, not one.
14:4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge,
who eat up My people as they eat bread,
and don’t call on YHVH?
14:5 There they were in great fear,
for 'Elohiym is in the generation of the Righteous.
14:6 you frustrate the plan of the lowly,
because YHVH is His refuge.
14:7 Oh that the Salvation (Yĕshuw`ah) of Israel
would come out of Zion!
When YHVH restores the fortunes of His people,
then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Psalm 15 is the Spirit speaking to the Father describing the Son.

Psalm 15
A Psalm by David.

(Spirit to Father about Son)

15:1 YHVH, Who shall dwell in Your sanctuary?
Who shall live on Your holy hill?
15:2 He Who walks blamelessly does what is right,
and speaks truth in His heart;
15:3 He Who doesn’t slander with His tongue,
nor does evil to His friend,
nor casts slurs against His fellow man;
15:4 In Whose eyes a vile man is despised,
but Who honors those who fear YHVH;
He Who keeps an oath even when it hurts,
and doesn’t change;
15:5 He Who doesn’t lend out His money for usury,
nor take a bribe against the innocent.
He Who does these things shall never be shaken.

Nope.

The Son is the judge of the whole earth.

This is the psalmist speaking about the Christ
amen

“And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭24:44‬ ‭

the psalms are prophetic like David’s psalms

“For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, For he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; Moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, Neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; Thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance. Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; he seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2:25-28, 30-33, 36‬ ‭

Psalm 16 is the Son praying and speaking.

Psalm 16
A Poem by David.

(Son to Father)

16:1 Preserve Me, 'El, for in You do I take refuge.
16:2 My soul, You have said to YHVH,
“You are My 'Adonay.
Apart from You I have no good thing.”

(Son about people)

16:3 As for the holy who are in the earth,
they are the excellent ones in whom is all My delight.

(Son about wicked)

16:4 their sorrows shall be multiplied
who give gifts to another.
their drink offerings of blood I will not offer,
nor take their names on My lips.

(Son to and about Father)

16:5 YHVH assigned My portion and My cup.
You made My lot secure.
16:6 The lines have fallen to Me in pleasant places.
Yes, I have a good inheritance.
16:7 I will bless YHVH, Who has given Me counsel.
Yes, My heart instructs Me in the night seasons.
16:8 I have set YHVH always before Me.
Because He is at My right hand, I shall not be moved.
16:9 Therefore My heart is glad, and My tongue rejoices.
My body shall also dwell in safety.
16:10 For You will not leave My soul in Sheol,
neither will You allow Your faithful One
to see corruption.
16:11 You will show Me the path of life.
In Your presence is fullness of joy.
In Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

In verse 10 He says the Father will not leave His soul in Sheol or the grave.
In verse 11 He says the Father will show Him the path of life. His path of life was His obedience to the law which He tells us in other Psalms.

Definitely the Son praying and speaking.

This passage in Acts is telling us that David was given the prayers of the Son. He also said so on His death bed. The prayers are the Son's and the Spirit's Who at times quote the Father. This passage in Acts also tells us that.

Placing someone at your right hand means giving them a place of importance and strength and confidence. When the Son was praying Psalm 16 He had not yet accomplished the Father's will for Him. As He lived His earthly life His Father was the most important in His life. His Father was also His strength and confidence as stated by what He prayed. The Son was seated at the Father's right hand after accomplishing the Father's will by offering His life to save us. There are also Scriptures that refer to the Son as the Father's Right Hand Who accomplishes His will.

New Testament writers even tell us Psalm 16 is the Son praying.
