It states "I will make", not that it is already made.
He said he would make it and he did. That happened at the cross. This is very basic doctrine.

Mat_26:28 For this is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
Mar_14:24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many.
Luk_22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is shed for you.
1Co_11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.
2Co_3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new covenant; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Nothing I have stated there is linked to how God relates to us.

God does not save us, nor bless us, based on law keeping.
You are being confusing, so not really sure what you're saying.

A lot of Christians arent able to explain clearly what they believe in, and when someone ask a question, they are full of insults for a reply. But really, how do you hope to win souls, when you cant explain anything?
You did get the explanations you requested, so why are you complaining?
There will always be the odd person pushing false doctrine. Just ignore him or her.

Is the house of Israel currently having the law written in their hearts?

Those that are Christians, yes. See all the scriptures that prove the new covenant has existed since the cross? Christianity got that right. You have it wrong. Who taught you? What is your denomination?

Can you give an example of one Christian from the House of Israel that claims to have the Law written in his or her heart?

Gentile Christians are not from the House of Israel. You could contact a Messianic Jew and ask him.

But do you believe, like many apparently here do, that the Body of Christ is also under the New Covenant?

Ok well why did you make this statement: We just need to know that the Law was not given to us and we don't need the Law to relate to God.

As you have proven we do need the law.
How it going in your thread? Do you feel like you've been given the Truth about the Covenants and Law? It's an amazing topic! :D

What is the difference between the old and the new covenant?

When Christians say they are not under the law, what does that mean? What does it mean that the law is abolished?
The difference between the old and new is, the old are figures of the new. The figures have been done away.

If we are not under law then surely, this means that we can do as we please doesn't it?

And if we dont have any laws to follow then what is the purpose of reading the bible?
The purpose of the law is to make us aware that we are sinners. When we view ourselves as no better than others, we are following the law properly. And when we realize how Christ (God) loved us even while being greatly mistreated us, then comes true repentance and the law (love God before and neighbor as in need) written in our hearts.

The Bible isn't totally rules and regulations. In point of fact, much of it is little
different than reading a novel.

The book of Genesis is very entertaining, and so are the books of Ruth,
Esther, and Ecclesiastes. One of my favorites is Song which, when it's
interpreted by a romantic Bible teacher, is like watching a Hallmark movie.

Yes, me. While most ethnic Jews are either agnostic or practice Judaism, there are Jews of both houses that are Christian. Again, this started with the 12 disciples and grew from there.

There is absolutely no question that the Body of Christ (the Church) is under the New Covenant. The Lord's Supper is for the Church, and the cup represents "The New Testament (Covenant) in my blood". This has nothing to do with the house of Israel and Judah, which will come under the New Covenant after the Second Coming of Christ (see Ezekiel). A partial fulfillment of that already happened at Pentecost, since the houses of Israel and Judah were represented on that day in Jerusalem.

You forgot what Jesus said in Matthew 15:24, when you tried to link what he said in the last supper to all of us.

There is no new covenant with us now, and a future new covenant with Israel. There is only one new covenant and it will be made with Israel in the future, as you said

If you are a Jew and a Christian now, then you are in the body of Christ, like the rest of us.

You are not considered the house of Israel and Judah as stated in Hebrews 8:8

The new covenant states that God will put the law into our hearts and into our minds hebrews 10:16.

So under the new covenant, we as christians should willingly want to follow the laws of God, but not under compulsion as they did in the old testament.

Romans 9: 30 30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.

31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.

32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;

33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Here's how I look at it: The law was brought forth to show the sinfulness of man. Yeshua came, lived out that law -without sin, abolished it in his death, and redeemed us from the old law into the new covenant. The law could not set us free but the Resurrection of Christ did - bringing in the law of love and grace. All this is in Hebrews (I forget where). Where 2 or more are gathered, it ALWAYS gets done, by the Father and the Son. :D
