They follow another, it is not Chtist.

Christ was clear he said the law and commands would never change;
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Mat 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

The meaning being is clear and requires no interpretation, many have chosen the wide path that leads to death instead of following the narrow path that leads to eternal life;

Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Yes, just as predicted

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

God's Truth changes not

Psa 119:151 You are near, O Lord,
And all Your commandments are truth.

That judgment call is well above your paygrade. You made you judge?

Christ was clear he said the law and commands would never change;
So everyone remains under the old covenant of law? Nothing has changed?

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Mat 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

The meaning being is clear and requires no interpretation, many have chosen the wide path that leads to death instead of following the narrow path that leads to eternal life;
In regard to Matthew 5:20 - "unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven," this statement from Jesus would come as a shock to the multitude of people who had great admiration of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, for their knowledge of the law and seeming righteousness and holiness in external observance of the law, yet Jesus points out their righteousness was defective. Paul makes it clear in Romans 10:3-4, "For they (Israel) being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who BELIEVES."

Good luck with flawlessly obeying the law as a legalistic prescription for salvation. (Romans 3:22-28; Galatians 2:16; 3:10; Philippians 3:9; James 2:10)

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
The strait gate is through faith in Jesus Christ alone. (John 3:15,16,18; 10:9; 14:6; Acts 16:31; Romans 1:16; 4:5-6; Ephesians 2:8,9; 1 John 5:13 etc..). The wide gate is works-righteousness and unbelief. (Luke 18:9-14; John 3:18(b); Romans 11:6; 2 Corinthians 4:3,4; Hebrews 3:19; 10:39 etc..) Either we are trusting 100% in Jesus Christ as the ALL-SUFFICIENT means of our salvation or else we are 100% lost.

Sin does not come from Christ 1 John 3:8 we are either with Him or against Him, there is no middle ground. Breaking God's law is sin Rom 7:7 and breaking one we break them all James 2:10-12 why Jesus taught not to break or teach others to break the least of these or one would be least in heaven. Mat 5:19-30 and in fear of sin and judgement.

Deu 30:11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.
Deu 30:12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
Deu 30:13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?
Deu 30:14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.
Deu 30:15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;
Deu 30:16 In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

People who do not follow Christ, think they are under the new covenant, well the new covenant is a REAFFiRMATION OF the old covenant but this time GOD will write THE COMMANDMENTS AND HIS LAWS in our bodies and minds as it is said by Jeremiah;
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Yes the house of israel is clearly written but we also know Peter was chosen by God to preach to the gentiles (acts 15:7), so this is an open invitation to all who believe.

I urge all here to return to Christ if you Love him do as he says and as he taught us. Follow the commandments.

Vassal did not simply share scripture. He said - THEY follow another Christ which equates to THEY are condemned. I said WE (in general) and did not single out individuals and personally condemn them. Do you disagree with my statement in post #1,382? Can we NOT trust 100% in Jesus Christ for salvation and still be saved? My faith trusts exclusively in Jesus Christ for salvation. (John 3:15,16,18; 10:9; 14:6; Acts 16:31; Romans 1:16; 4:5-6; Ephesians 2:8,9; 1 John 5:13) What about your faith? You seem to have a lot of faith in law keeping. Do you claim to be sinless, without fault or defect, flawless, 100% of the time? (1 John 1:8-10)

Why do you choose to remain on the old covenant plantation of law? Who are these Old Testament passages of scripture written to? The children of Israel. Following the commandments cannot save you. (Romans 10:1-4; Philippians 3:9) We have all fallen short. (Romans 3:23; 6:23) Believers "keep" (guard, observe, watch over) God's commandments for the body of Christ. Salvation is in Christ through faith. Not everyone who says Lord Lord will be in God's kingdom. Obeying God is a consequence of faith. One does not have to be flawless 100% of the time as stated a few times, if we slip and fall we have Jesus as our High Priest and Advocate if we confess and forsake our sins, but we are not saved in sin Mat 1:21 Heb 10:26-30 if we are hostile to God's law He is not in us Rom 8:7-8 the commandments are kept not to be saved it's a consequence of Christ righteousness Psa 119:172 in us that He imputes through Him. John 14:15-18 The wheat and tares grow together- Jesus knows the ones who hear His voice and follows Him wherever He goes. He doesn't forget His lost sheep and calls on them to come our of rebellion Heb 3:7-8 and our false teachings Rev 18:4 will we hear Him?

Salvation is in Christ through faith.
True, yet you "add works" to faith which negates that statement.

Not everyone who says Lord Lord will be in God's kingdom.
The one's Jesus never knew because they were not genuine believers. Check out what they were trusting in for salvation in Matthew 7:22 (works!) and not Jesus Christ alone.

Obeying God is a consequence of faith.
Obeying God is a consequence of faith. Obedience/works is the fruit, by product and demonstrative evidence of authentic faith.

One does not have to be flawless 100% of the time as stated a few times, if we slip and fall we have Jesus as our High Priest and Advocate if we confess and forsake our sins but we are not saved in sin Mat 1:21
1 John 2:1 - My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. Who said we are saved in sin? Either the blood of Christ has cleansed us (believers) from all sin or else we are still in our sins. (unbelievers) There is no middle ground.

Heb 10:26-30 if we are hostile to God's law He is not in us Rom 8:7-8 the commandments are kept not to be saved it's a consequence of Christ righteousness in us that He imputes through Him. John 14:15-18
What you basically teach is keep the commandments in order to remain saved.

In regard to Hebrews 10:26, to "sin willfully" here carries the idea of deliberate intention that is habitual, which stems from rejecting Christ deliberately. This is continuous action, a matter of practice. Now we don't walk along our daily life and "accidentally" fall into a pit called sin. We exercise our will but, the use of the participle clearly shows continuous, willful, habitual action. The unrighteous practice sin (1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Galatians 5:19-21); not the righteous, who are born of God. (1 Corinthians 6:11; 1 John 3:9)

If the word 'sanctified' in Hebrews 10:29 is used to describe sanctified people who became unsanctified, then we have a contradiction because the writer of Hebrews in verse 10 said "sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all" (Hebrews 10:10) and in verse 14, we read, "perfected for all time those who are sanctified." (Hebrews 10:14) In Hebrews 10:10, we clearly read ..WE have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. In Hebrews 10:14, we read - For by one offering He has perfected for all time THOSE who are sanctified. *So to go from sanctified back to un-sanctified would be in contradiction here.

In Hebrews 10:39, the writer of Hebrews sets up the CONTRAST which clears things up: But WE are not of those who draw back to perdition, but OF THOSE who believe to the saving of the soul. Those who draw back to perdition do not believe to the saving of the soul and those who believe to the saving of the soul do not draw back to perdition.

I will ask you to study the differences in the new and old covenants they are the same one people break all the time, the next written in your heart and mind forever, do look for yourself in the scripture use the search feature for words like COVENANT or NEW COVENANT and see.

Those who draw back to perdition do not believe to the saving of the soul and those who believe to the saving of the soul do not draw back to perdition.
We can try to reinvent what sin really is, but I prefer the biblical definition because we are told not to lean on our understanding, but let God direct our ways. Pro 3:5-6

This is God directing our ways through His Word that we are not to add to Pro 30:5-6

1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.
Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Romans 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! On the contrary, I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, “You shall not covet.”

This truly can't be any plainer. The law Paul points to define sin is the Ten Commandments- breaking one we break them all James 2:10-12 and why Jesus also said not to break or teach others to break the least of these as one would be least in heaven and in fear of sin and judgement again quoting from the Ten Commandment. Mat 5:19-30

So Hebrews 10:26-30 means exactly what it states.

Heb 10:26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. 28 Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. 29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” [g]says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

We can't believe in Christ but not have faith to do what He asks. This is called dead faith and why Jesus in His own Words said many will say Lord Lord at His Second Coming but He won't know them because if He resides in us, we will have His righteousness and Truth Psa 119:172 Psa 119:151 as He imputes that in us and as a result we will live differently than the lost. Rom 8:7-8

Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

All is not lost yet, He calls on us if we have not harden our hearts- will we listen? Heb 3:7-8 but His arrival is soon and our fates will be sealed at that time Rev 22:11 and I pray we will all be read and can stand before Him and meet Him in the Clouds.
