Proverbs 3:5-7, “Trust in יהוה with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; Know Him in all your ways, And He makes all your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear יהוה and turn away from evil.”

Psalms 84:4-6, “Blessed are those who dwell in Your house, They are ever praising You. Selah. Blessed is the man whose strength is in You, Your Highways are in their heart. Passing through the valley of weeping, They make it a fountain; The Teacher also covers it with blessings.”

Hebrews 10:19-24, “So, brothers, having boldness to enter into the Set-apart Place by the blood of
יהושע, by a new and living way which He instituted for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the House of יהוה, let us draw near with a true heart in completeness of belief, having our hearts sprinkled from a wicked conscience and our bodies washed with clean water. Let us hold fast the confession of our expectation without yielding, for He who promised is trustworthy. And let us be concerned for one another in order to stir up love and good works,”

Hebrews 12:3-5, “For consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and faint in your lives."4, You have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin."5, And you have forgotten the appeal which speaks to you as to sons, “My son, do not despise the discipline of יהוה, nor faint when you are reproved by Him,"

I'm also of the opinion that all the growing anguish throughout the world today represents the Lord commencing His shaking of earth and also heaven (Hebrews 12:26-27). This removal all things shakeable represents the great falling away from faith, culminating with the casting down of Satan and his angels from heaven (Revelation 12:9).

Hebrews 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

I notice a great moving of the Holy Spirit in these last days. Young Christians and old alike are standing firm in Christ and walking in the Holy Spirit. Jesus will Himself descend from heaven with a shout., with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first!!

It's that time of year again where we remember Jesus birthday here. For our family it's a time of celebrating also the possibility of Him coming back even more so than we do the other times of the year. The world is such a mess but the church is looking for Jesus and His return. We have nothing to fear but everything live for and to look forward to.

As people are going through hard times., it gives us believers opportunity to not only give to others but to also speak about Jesus and why He came in the first place. To be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in us. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

BTW, the shaking of earth and heaven correlates with the events referred to as the day of the Lord (Isaiah 2:12 & 19-21).

Isaiah 2:12 For the day of the Lordof hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:

19 And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.20 In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;21 To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

As for rejoicing:

"I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, WHEN I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. (Psalms 119:7)

In these days of shaking we need encouragement----We do need to stand up and be counted for the Lord---knowing the Word and sharing the Word will help dispel the darkness (Ephesians 6:10-18)***Look Up---keeping our eyes on Christ in these turbulent times will give us confidence in the storms of life (Matthew 14:22-33)***Rejoice---the Joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10)... ***Want encouragement---watch a good, uplifting movie: "Priceless" on Amazon Prime...
***The Shaking/Stand Up ***to stand up in these days we need God's Word as a firm foundation***if we are not in the Word and learning the Word then it will be harder to stand***many people today have watered down the Word with religion and doctrines of men***now is the time to examine our foundation---is it full of religion and doctrines of men?---seek for The Truth and cast off the chaff...

***The Shaking/Rejoice ***we are told to rejoice and we can enter into God's Joy----some are struggling at this time with Joy and Rejoicing because they may not know the progression in God's Kingdom (Romans 14:17) ***before we can really experience Joy we must have Righteousness---getting saved and living saved will open the door to Joy ***next comes Peace---because we have gotten saved and living saved we will experience Peace----if we are saved and not living out our Salvation we will not experience the Joy that is needed in these days of Shaking ***lastly comes Joy in the Holy Ghost---this Joy will give us the Strength we need in these weird days (Nehemiah 8:10)...
