So I just doing so some research on the whole Jesus quoting Obama as the antichrist namely this Luke 10:18: “I saw Satan as Lightning from Heaven.
according to many the word Lightning is Baraq in hebrew the q making a sort of k sound the hebrew meaning of from is apparently O and heaven being Bamah
Now honestly it sounded too good to be true and I wondered if maybe ppl were mistaken somehow I looked up lighting and heaven in strongs hebrew and it is as they said but I couldn't find from in hebrew but as I was doing all this research a video appeared in one of the searches. it was from youtube and said finally Obama is the antichrist he just told the whole world, from experience I have a sort of no touchy kind of thing for youtube videos like this I don't know what came over me but I decided to watch it and what I saw strange and sad as well. It was posted by a man who calls himself dockidds and in the very beginning of the video he begins by saying that for those who have discernment who are awake who have common knowledge you will know know this is fact he then begins to quote what Obama said Obama came out and claimed to be a jew and and then doc basically calls everyone who doesn't agree that this is Obama saying he is the antichrist mindless sheeple and he just keeps talking bad about Christians and about ppl who don't agree.

This is just so strange I don't see how that was Obama claiming to be the antichrist and just because I disagree I am a mindless sheeple? Oh also if anyone can direct me to a word search engine for the hebrew meaning of from I would greatly appreciate it I also want to check the words out in greek as well.

Searching for the thread on less known Bible gems wc i couldnt find right away too, the title of this one caught my attention. Some yrs ago, i found a book on natural childbirth, written by a Christian lady who did Bible research after one or more (cant recall) difficult childbirth. Helen Wessel presented how birth wasnt meant to be painful, and this is part from her book wc i had notes of many yrs ago:

God did not discriminate unfairly against women at the outset of our Bible! I have studied every passage in the Bible pertaining to childbirth and checked ever English translation against thee original languages, and found that there is not a single verse in the entire Bible which mentions any curse on Eve, or on all womankind… a ‘curse’ is only mentioned on those who didn’t bear children.

The common interpretation of the ‘curse on Eve’ is based on one lone verse in Gen. 3, where Adam and Eve’s sin is recorded.

The AV: Unto the woman He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow (etsev) and thy conception; in sorrow (etsev) thou shalt bring forth children.

And unto Adam He said… cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow (etsev) shlt thou eat it all the days of thy life.
In the context, the word ‘cursed’ is used of the ground, and of the serpent, but not of A or E.

Translations are influenced by our own culture… a translator sometimes unconsciously gives words a very different meaning from that intended by the original author, simply because he lives in a different era, a diff. culture, and has from childhood looked at many phases of life from a diff. philosophical point of view. This is one reason w must never discontinue the study of the Bible in the original languages.

I don't think he's the antichrist...... Maybe a minion......comes in to just stir stuff up enough ta try and get our attention off of everything else that's going on everywhere else.......

So according to this nut Jesus said I saw Satan fall like Obama Barak? If Obama meant Heaven in Hebrew then every reference to the kingdom of Heaven would be the kingdom of Obama. That sounds fine for Democrat supporters but not so good for Republicans lol

Someone who knew I was a Christian and in Seminary a few years back, emailed me a thing about the Hebrew and Barak Obama being the anti-Christ, but it was a whole article.

So I looked up the words, and some of it was from the Greek, and some in the Hebrew. In fact, it was kind of a mess. Like absolutely no scholarship, no connection to the reality of the languages and the Bible.

The man was a bit disappointed, because he was a die hard conservative, and even though not a born again believer he was looking for ways to trash Obama.

Now I am not American, and I don't like Obama, because he lied about being a Christian, from everything I have seen, and did an about face on Christian values, but this whole trying to string Hebrew and Greek together in all the wrong ways to prove he is the anti-Christ is just utter nonsense.

Hi brother! Not a whole lot. The weekend is brewing on the horizon though. So that's good. I'm researching world mythologies so I can write about how they point back to the truth of the Book of Genesis. I pray you're well.

My brother what is up!! ((is that how the normal folks say hi? Cause usually round here it's say hoss!.... And that like covers a million phrases....))...... Sounds like some real in-depth research..... Bet you'll tear it up....

What does "dignities" mean? Oh I'll look it up for the 1,000th time.

It is basically referring to Satan.

Jude 1:9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

Michael didn't rebuke the devil but said, "The Lord rebuke thee."

So who is worse? A man or the devil? And who do men revile?

I wonder if people can read these posts in light of 1 Peter 2:13-25.

Who would be the king of our country today if we thought of who is ruling our country?

1 Peter 2:17 Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

How bad was their king back then? And they said, "honour all men" and "honour the king".

This is basic christian doctrine folks. Time to get back to the Bible and read your Bibles.

And if you don't read the passage 1 Peter 2:13-25, you all will never learn what you are doing wrong.

Thanks, brother. Yes, I'm in the early stages of writing a 1,500 word article for a biblical creation magazine. I'm using around 20 different resources (most of them books). So you could say that the article will be heavily referenced. I pray it's accepted.
