A human being has a body, mind and spirit. That is one being with three distinct aspects.

There is also no point where a human being doesn't have these while being alive.

This analogy is limited to describe the trinity also but it's another useful picture

Correct, my point is, spirit is not quantifiable in the sense to say one spirit is here and another one is there.
hmm someone doesn't seem to agree with you about that?

These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars:
I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.
(Revelation 3:1)

That's correct in this sense:

Isa 11:2The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him— the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and strength, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD.

Yet all these are just one spirit. Not 'one' as in quantity but one as in the same spirit. If God is spirit, then one God does not mean God is one in quantity, neither is He 'three in one' anything.

Jesus is the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

So while there may be a trinity the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost is Jesus, and Jesus created all things, came in flesh, and dwells in the flesh, so that scripture does not support a trinity for it could be supporting one God with no distinction of persons.
Please explain this verse and how blaspheme against one can be forgiven but not the other if both are the same Person...

And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. Luke 12:10
