Avinu, I was just wondering.

Can you say, Jesus Christ is my Savior? Jesus Christ is my Lord and King, whom I owe allegiance and my very being. Jesus Christ died on the cross for me, so that I would no longer be under the law. I no longer own myself, but I belong to Jesus.

Can you say these things? I wonder. Try standing in front of a mirror and saying them.

If you can actually say these things, without choking on your pride, you might try it more than once, with meaning. It will be good for you.

I say this all the time, but I already know it. You can start with just saying it. The second step begins with the first.....

I truly feel sorry for you Dave. When you pointed out that I misquoted you about something, I came back and apologized for it quickly. Because I actually don't lie about others, at least not on purpose, and if I'm wrong I will gladly and quickly give a public apology. But YOU, you are proven wrong, and a liar, but your pride is show great that you're choking on it so much that you don't have it in you to apologize. So this proves the difference between you and me. I may be harsh sometimes, but I am also quick to humble myself when needed.

And just for your sake, Yeshua is Adonai, my Messiah.

ישוע הוא אדוני המושיע, המשיח שלי. הוא שפך את דמו על הצלב בשביל החטאים שלי, לתת לי לישועה לנצח. halleluyah

Here's something for you to learn. This is YHVH's Holy language.

Thank you. Did you stand in front of a mirror. I guess that is asking too much.

It's all about you. How smart you are. Your special knowledge. You apologized once when you have made offense many times. Give yourself a pat on the back Fido.

You are absolutely right Avinu. You have to be. You have made the rules where you can't be wrong.

These are your rules for someone who disagrees with you:

1. they are liars, because you are the standard by which the bible is to be interpreted

2. they are stupid, not having your "special" knowledge (sounds gnostic doesn't it?)

3. any scripture that they quote that doesn't agree with your "presuppositions" and your world view is automatically twisted, it has to be!!

So you see, in your world, you have to be right, it is a Law. Not only would you have us under the Mosaic Law, but under your Law as well.

Now listen closely:

The Pharisees would no doubt be able to match brain pans with you on the Torah, and in fact they would leave you in the dust, but they STILL GOT IT WRONG.

But then, they studied the Torah before Avinu's Law was added.

Still the pride pours out, I really mean it when I say I feel sorry for you, your pride rules you entirely. YHVH bless you and your walk with Him.

I don't get why Hebrew would be special, it's not even the most adept language at conveying a wide range of meanings. Latin on the other hand has enough cases and grammatical constructions to say just about anything and every shade of anything you could think of, and so does Greek for that matter. It being revealed in Hebrew was more a case of "Hey you guys speak Hebrew so I'll reveal it in Hebrew", than it was "This is a God-given language sent down from Heaven".

Had the Israelites spoke Latin, German, English, French, etc. Then it would have been revealed in one of those languages.

YHVH is the one who gave hebrew to His people, He's the one that called it a Holy language. So you'll have to ask Him. lol

What no names? You had nothing more than pride to accuse me of? Come on Avinu, let it out. Tell me how you really feel. If you don't care about the spirit of Christ that you claim, then there is nothing to hold you back.

Thank you for your blessing.

Right now, there is anger in my heart, and I cannot say the same.

But I will ask God to quench the anger in my heart, and in time, a few days at most, I will be able to respond with the same blessing, and mean it. For Christ demands that of me, that I love those who hate me, as He did.

The sabbath was made for man and not man for the sabbath. The sabbath is made for us and we do with it as we see fit in the will of God and are not in bondage to it. The sabbath was made for man. Does not the Lord of the sabbath live in our body, His temple? We bring the Lord of the sabbath, who has given us rest for our souls, with us wherever we go. We have a local assembly of believers that God has called us to to serve with and to fulfill the will of God. God rests in His people and I do not see Israel or the children of the twelve tribes practicing keeping the sabbath holy or in any other way during the time of the great tribulation.[/quote]

Red, you are pulling out all the scriptures that relate to acceptance of gentiles without what the church leaders of that time were demanding of them. It is scripture, it is good. Paul did it so we would agree to accepting God as the One True God. If we, the gentile, look straight at the spiritual meaning of the rituals of Judaism, we can omit them and still give ourselves to the Lord. Paul didn't, neither did Christ. They could have omitted them but they didn't. Paul even bragged about that he was so spiritually grown that he could do it. I can't compare myself with Paul, you say you can. Good for you!

You say the Sabbath was made for man, and of course it was, but if we put ourselves before God and His will then we are just into worldly ideas, not using the Sabbath for our good. You say we can do with it as we see fit, and no. If we put our own man made ideas ahead of our Lord who created us, doing as we see fit doesn't work. Just look around you at the people who don't look to the Lord or how He created our world to work.

maybe its the tense throwing people off,,,,,,,look at john 20;17,,"touch me not,,i have not yet ascended,,,i will ascend to my father",,,john 20:26,,,"after eight days",,,,,verse 27,,,"reach hither thy finger",,,"touch" you can touche me now for i have ascended to my father and received power from on high and have returned",,,,,,where did he go for eight days????,,,,,should start your head spinning,,,,,,,1'st coming,,,2'nd coming,,,Luke 17;22,,"one of the days of the son of man,and ye shall not see it" gospel of Thomas saying 38 ,,,,and again Luke 22;16,,"eat till i eat in the kingdom",,,Luke 22;18,"drink till i drink it in the kingdom",,,,,,,,,and Luke 24;42,,"broiled fish and honey he ate in the kingdom",,,,and john 19;30 "and he said it is finished,,and bowed his head and gave up the ghost",,,,,when he drank the fruit of the vine in the kingdom of god,,,,,,,,,maybe we all were taught by men,,and we try to figure when it is going to happen. maybe we should listen to Christ, maybe we should look at the cross,,,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe we seek one of the days of the son of man and do not find it,,,,,,,,,

Right now, there is anger in my heart, and I cannot say the same. At least you're being honest.

But I will ask God to quench the anger in my heart, and in time, a few days at most, I will be able to respond with the same blessing, and mean it. For Christ demands that of me, that I love those who hate me, as He did.
I don't hate you at all Dave, I don't have hate in my heart for anyone for that matter. Doesn't mean someone cant' tick us off real good at times. Don't bless me because Yeshua demands it, do it because you want to be like Yeshua. There's a different. I got mad at you because you accused me of posting something I didn't and after calling you on it, you were prideful about it and lashed out at me more instead of humbling yourself as I did when you corrected me on the same thing and I apologized to you for it. But I'm over it all, and don't care anymore. Shalom

The reason Yeshua told Mary not to touch Him, was because He was to go before YHVH and present Himself as the First Fruit offering. Another thing most people don't know because they think the feasts of Yah are done away with. First Fruits is the second Feast.

only ,Arron could go before the alter,,,,,it was made pure the whole way,,,,he alone went into the holy of holies, and stood before the throne,,,,she could not take her finger and set it forth(strange fire, sin) and make unclean the sacrifice to the father for sin,,, and after (8 days)john 20;26,,,,,,,,he returned to Israel, from the alter and circumcised(the heart) the children of him whom he had presented before the lord,,and then came out of the inner most holy of holies,,,we sat at the foot of the cross and waited for him to return, and Abraham took all those of the house of Israel and they were glad and rejoiced,,,,,,,,yes messiah six days you labored, on the seventh day you rested and on the eight,,,you gave me back to my father,,,,,,,,,my father my king,,,
