And this interpretation of scripture is the result of not listening to scripture. Paul was discussing continuing to sin by saying Romans 6:2 "God forbid, then how shall we, who died to sin still live in it". You have changed the entire meaning of what Paul is telling you by picking out the words you want to listen to.
22But NOW being made FREE from sin, and become servants to God, ye HAVE your fruit unto holiness, and the end EVERLASTING LIFE .

Clearly every believer can sin . The point is that believers have died to sin . Meaning that sin no longer has dominion over a believer. Why ? because he is now under a new way . He has been freed from the penalty of sin . A believer is to understand this reality and live it .
This is so true, it is the way of salvation. Now, a person is saved through repentance and asked Christ for forgiveness, sin has no effect on him now. It is as if he had never sinned. Paul asks if, once this happens and you are dead to sin, forbid he says, that you should choose to live in sin. Matthew said in 3;2 that the ministry of Christ consisted of "Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand". To repent is a matter of your choice of what you want to do about sin. We know it is only through Christ we are free of it, but our choice is up to us.

In Romans 7, Paul speaks of living his life after salvation. Paul says he find himself doing what he hates, he is explaining that even though he is a human who sins, to sin is not what he chooses. Paul explains this as explaining living a life of repentance of sin.

So according to scripture, we are free from sin causing our death, but we are to try to live a sinless life through Christ, and to do that we must see the boundaries of the walk we are asked to walk as law making those boundaries so the path is outlined for us.

A believer will no longer come under the penalty of sin. He cannot go to hell if he tried . But he can sin still and mess things up . Thats why we have the scriptures to teach us how to live as a believer.

repent means to change your mind . The Jews had to change their mind about their messiah. They were shouting " crucify him " . They needed to change their mind and believe.

what I am done here, where I am , what to do here , some times , cuz we know what we should do for a purpose ,then we don't do what we should do, but do for anger, or do for whatever . some times , we forget where we are , what we should do for opposite purpose .not for teaching, nor for Communicate with each other, nor for learning . if we always know what we should do here not for anger and whatever but for a good purpose then we can do anything.

They see Prosperity Preachers on TV, sexual scandals in the churches, false gospels being preached, churches shutting their doors, Christian persecution, a great falling away. Satanic cults accepted in universities & christian theology banned!
