luke 19:17 "and he said unto him, well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in very little, have thou authority over ten cities." matthew 5:12 "rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven..." 1 corinthians 2:9 "but as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which god hath prepared for them that love him." jesus compares our reward with a king who gives cities to his servants. jesus says great is your reward, not little is your reward. i wanted to prove that jesus told us to think big. there are more verses that prove our reward is big. the apostles will sit on thrones and judge the twelve tribes of israel luke 22:29. romans 8:18 "for i reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." the biggest gifts we have ever received await us in the age to come. jesus does not lie like parents do about santa clause. if we are good stewards we will be rewarded and unlike santa now our family is truly rich. jesus is more than a king who gives cities. he is the king of kings. think big. think gifts from the king of kings. think great is your reward, not little is your reward. think rich.jesus said so.

Kings and priests and judges. Just some of the positions as servants of God we will hold.

Some greater than others, and some with more responsibility than others, but every man according to his several ability. And the least being the greatest.

But I like this one the best.

It’s we the end time Christians that rule and reign with Christ the thousand years, if we get the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name.

Rv20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Luke9:48 And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.

Matt25:15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

Matthew 10:41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

Rv1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Matt19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Luke22:30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Just out of curiosity. We know our rewards in heaven will be big. But do you want big rewards on earth as well or do you enjoy a simple life on earth more? I've had lots of stuff in life, and I just find the more you have the more of a burden it can all be.
