Here is the erroneous three main sites on the so-called Temple Mount, that the Jews have been arguing about over the YEARS.
Only a few believe it is below the City of David. If they insist that it has to be on the so-called Temple Mount, they will be building on the wrong location. However, maybe GOD wants it in the wrong location, because Antichrist will sit in it calling himself god.
In number 1, it seems to be the favorite of the Sanhedrin, it would have to extend a few feet EAST, and it would be 3 feet from the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Yes, I drew a sort of Causeway Bridge over to where the TABERNACLE would be placed on Mount of Olives to sacrifice the RED HEIFER. (No, I never claimed to be an artist.) So the TEMPLE Priests HAVE to be Sanctified by bathing in asses of the Red Heifer blood, mixed in with lots of water, before they can enter into the Temple Building site, to supervise the Building of the Third Temple. BUT THEIR IS ONE HUGE PROBLEM, in their beliefs, they are defiled all over again when enter into an area of a dead body closer than 6 feet from them, or under the same ROOF. https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/367836/jewish/Basic-Laws-of-a-Jewish-Funeral.htm THERE IS NO WAY in an Jewish Cemetery to cross without being 18" from a dead body, that is without a BRIDGE.

See that Tan area in the top picture, that is almost all the graves, but it goes around the far side, too. You cannot have the Priests cross any Palestian's land or they would also be re-defiled. So you cannot have them come in from the NORTH.
So a Bridge would have to built a minimum of 10 feet high, as some were buried in Mausoleums, but deeper at the Kidron Valley area.
Now this type of Bridge has to be BUILT, before you can even start to build the TEMPLE. UNLESS, the Sanhedrin is secretly building all parts in ISRAEL for a Jewish made HELICOPTOR, and then they would have to sanctify it for the Temple Priests use, WHICH THEY HAVE NEVER DONE IN THE PAST, AS EVEN THE FUEL AND THE OIL HAS TO BE PRODUCED IN ISRAEL.

This is just a thought , but could the new temple be made like the Tabernacle in the days of Moses ? , would it have to built by stones and not material ?
I mean , building it another way , not by stones would make it a lot easier , just a genuine thought...

this THIRD TEMPLE NEWS. So I will be happen to answer the question.
YES, they can use the Tabernacle on the Mount of Olives temporarily while the Temple is being Built. But it has to be built by the specifications that GOD had inspired Solomon, 2 Chronicles 3 & 4.
I believe that GOD HAD INSPIRED HIM TO BUILD IT exactly like he built it.
Here is a Hint that GOD had inspired Solomon.
2 Chronicles 4:7 (HCSB)
7 He made the 10 gold lampstands according to their specifications and put them in the sanctuary, five on the right and five on the left.
WHO INSPIRED THOSE SPECIFICATIONS ? ? ?

There is GOD giving SOLOMON the direction to build the TEMPLE and its courtyards, which is GOD'S WAY.
There is a second floor that has a stairs going up to the roof for the TRUMPETERS.
Now the JEWS know that Solomon did build the TEMPLE GOD's Way. Therefore, they will also believe the Holy Spirit will do the same for modern day Builders. So the TEMPLE, will be BUILT. However, HE intends Scripture to be FULFILLED IN IT.
Daniel 9:27 (HCSB)
27 He will make a firm covenant with many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and offering. And the abomination of desolation will be on a wing of the temple until the decreed destruction is poured out on the desolator.”

That is at the Halfway point in that WEEK of YEARS, in Dan. 9:27.

VCO, what's wrong with #2? I recall reading recently (unfortunately I can't recall where right now) that it holds promise of being the actual site of Herod's Temple.

them to the southwest part of OPHEL undeniably. They have to dig in the exact location.
