“To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation. [SUP]15 [/SUP]I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! [SUP]16 [/SUP]So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. [SUP]17 [/SUP]You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. [SUP]18 [/SUP]I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.
[SUP]19 [/SUP]Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent. [SUP]20 [/SUP]Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. [SUP]22 [/SUP]Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

I suppose I am just putting this out there, because I have experienced the truth of this in my life, and I am sure I have (and probably am still) living it myself.

And all of this is moot.

God's word has proven to be untrue in my life.

Luke 6:38 says
"Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.[SUP][c][/SUP]”

I have given and given to this woman who is suffering from kidney failure. But God sits back and watches and does little for her. And all my giving has done has produced bankrupcy... And return to the verses of the lukewarm Church when you think of condemning me. I know I know. We all have so much Bible knowledge we don't need love right?
