We, meaning each and every believer, having accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, STILL "fall short" of the Glory of God.
Having received the "Gift of the Holy spirit", we still "grieve" the Holy Spirit, even after receiving it!
I do believe it is impossible to commit the unforgivable sin, for our Father in heaven, loves us so much, that, instead, of losing, even ONE of His children, He "inserts" one, that has already been condemned to death, or, bound in chains of darkness!
In doing this act for us however, It grieves the Holy Spirit within us!
But, beings how we are all individuals? We ALL have grieved the Holy Spirit differently!
So, in a "believer's walk of faith", or spiritual journeying/s, in seeking (a) spiritual maturity, we ardently strive in our (singularly) "Ungrieveing of" The Holy Spirit. Each one of us are different, but all are doing these same acts, of trying to. With varying results.
So, these one's preaching "works FOR salvation?" What they are truly "saying", although, they either won't (due to places they have not yet, or refuse to go to, to ungrieve the Holy spirit), or can't, (because the fruit of the Holy Spirit, has not grown that much in them). What they are truly preaching, are, or, usually end up becoming, traditions of men!
