So what sin were you guilty of when you were born.
Sin is to transgress the law.
What law did you disobey when you were born.

If you were taken before the judge and accused of being a sinner that is guilty.
What sin are you guilty of?

We all choose to sin at some point so we all end up being guilty.

We need a saviour from the day we are born because Jesus wants to free us from the evil tendencies.
Salvation is justification, sanctification, and glorification.
All come from Jesus.
We are broken when we are born but we have not choosen to sin.
Even without sin we would still need to be born again of the Spirit.

People seem to forget that. You MUST be born again. Period.

Reprobates apply. Romans chapter 1 Further more just as they did not think it worth to Retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity.

These are habitual sinners. Won't repent and don't care about God. This group has the mentality of Satan. They have unclesn Spirit, 2 Corinthians chapter 4. There in Satan's camp.

Titus chapter 1:16
They profess to know God, but they deny him by their works. They are detestable, disobedience, unfit for good works.

1 Corinthians chapter 6:9

Unrighteous will not inherit kingdom of God.

Hebrews chapter 6
But if it bears thorns and thistle, it is worthless, and near to being cursed, and its end is to be burned.

Moral and spiritually depraved.

Kata and. Phtheiro in Greek means - destroy by corruption.

Basically means, a mind that is destroyed.

Reprobates know right from wrong. They refuse the righteous path. Its rebellion against God. Moral dregadation is the lowest form.

You can't reason with someone with a depraved mind. They lost the ability to understand the truth.

Christian people must avoid them when ever possible.

Peace.

Along the lines of brightfame52's reply, those are the inherent traits of natural/unsaved man. Without God's intervention to bestow a new heart, spirit, and renewed mind within us through Christ, they would be present in everyone.

[Heb 10:14-17 KJV]
14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
15 [Whereof] the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
16 This [is] the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

[Eph 4:21-23 KJV]
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

My view is that the covenant of circumcision in the Old Testament gives a picture of this. It was not the child's fault that he was born into uncircumcision, but the parents had to address it or he would be separated from God and God's people.

Our hearts are similarly uncircumcised at birth with our sinful nature, and this needs be addressed to make us right with God.

In the Old Testament, the circumcision was done by the parents at 8 days old, but if neglected, the child would come to an age of understanding where he could make the decision himself. Ideally, we are introduced to our need for Christ as children, but if our parents neglect this (perhaps they were non-believers), we reach an age where we come to some understanding there is a God and we need to be made right with Him. God's will is that none should perish, so I believe He calls all men to Him.
I like what you say here, except I would exchange "sinful nature" with "dead nature."

WE are born SINLESS having not PERSONALLY SINNED, nor having inherited SIN from anybody else. (Deut 24:16)
Agree, there is no passage of scripture which teaches we are born having committed sin.

It is not sin that is inherited but death.

Because you do not like the Biblical truth that people, everyone (since A&E sinned) starts out by NATURE as a child of wrath.

What sin has a child in the womb committed? Do some still die?

Ephesians 2:1-3 You were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you used to walk when you conformed to the ways of this world and of the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit who is now at work in the sons of disobedience. All of us also lived among them at one time, fulfilling the cravings of our flesh and indulging its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature children of wrath. :)

Whether or not a SINLESS PERSON would naturally live forever will never be empirically demonstrated.
Only ONE was SINLESS, and we murdered Him.
Sinless or not, a person MUST be born again. Until then, ALL are by NATURE children of wrath.

Some do not like that fact and argue tooth and nail against it.

No, it is sin.

[Psa 51:5 NIV] 5 Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.
[Psa 51:5 KJV] 5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
[Psa 51:5 ESV] 5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.

[Rom 5:18-19 KJV]

18 Therefore as by the offence of one [judgment came] upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [the free gift came] upon all men unto justification of life.
19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
[19 ESV] 19 For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous.

Thats all of us by nature, including me and you !
Thats a lie. Your suppressing the truth.
Ephesians chapter 4. Holy Spirit is the key to inner transformation from within. To put away old man, and put on new man.
1 Peter chapter 1. Those Born again have Holy Spirit. Those who spiritual have Holy Spirit. Those who are carnal minded don't have holy Spirit.
Galatians chapter 5.
Spirit is in conflict with the flesh. Those who are Born again, don't engage in traditions of men or gossip or lying or fornication or slander, as examples.

Seared conscience. Its like taking hot iron and putting it over your conscience so that when its seard, it has no sensitivity. Satan does this. All the impurities are sealed.
The Holy Spirit is not present. 1 Timothy chapter 4:2
1 Corinthians chapter 9. To examine ourselves if we're reprobates. Are we disciplined, and enduring sound doctrine, or handling God's word craftly.
Reprobates claim to be Christian. In fact they are fakse brethren.
Oppose the Truth
Habitual sinning
They are trapped in sin, and cast away truth.

2 Corinthians chapter 4. Satan has those who can't see the truth. They have unclesn Spirit. Three are false brethren/reprobates.

Satan sears the wound into the flesh, 1 Timothy chapter 4. The so called Christian can't understand the truth. Satan owns the false brethren, and Reprobates. They are against the truth.

If you continue to Suppress the truth, I will mark you Heretick. And completely avoid you.
