Romans 13:9-10

Love already fulfills the law.

Elsewhere however we learn that the law is just a list of ideas for bad people to try.

I dont think you know what you're talking about.
The law of sin and death was nailed to the cross with Christ, and His resurrection was overcoming the now crusified law.

Hebrews 7:1-28 and 2 Corinthians 3:1-18

The law brought condemnation and death, it is a lesser covenant that cannot perfect, it blinds the mind and veils the heart.

The antidote to the law is Christ.
