Personally, I am concerned with the humility of Christians toward one another and in God's eyes. Although this "humility test" could be a starting point...I guess....even though it is strictly carnal...rather "new-agey" I'd say.
You know if we could just take our eyes off of being Dogmatic, and just see God just love us as a common denominator, we all might learn the deep love of God and expound that to each other regardless of which way we come at it.
Bottom line are not we all looking for life everlasting in freedom to Love each other. This is exactly what God has been showing to all since the first day of Adam and Eve getting booted out to till the ground on their own.
First act from God who does not lie, Adam and Eve died, and God showed Mercy and clothed them.
Now what is so amazing about God is we kept free choice to serve self or God? Your free choice and mine and all the world
God only interfered in free choice when others took away others free choice, such as in the days of Noah, Man harming man, read it. Deliverance from the bondage of Egypt. Bodies die, Spirit and Souls do not.
Flesh is enmity towards God, does not serve God nor can it fro God is a Spirit and can only be worshipped in Spirit and truth, and is why through Christ at the cross we are to dead to the self with Christ and alive to God in true Love in the Spirit of God, by the resurrected Christ
Too many Divisions, sects, cults and separations read 1 Cor.
[h=3]1 Corinthians 3[/h]New International Version (NIV)
[h=3]The Church and Its Leaders[/h]3 Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ. [SUP]
2 [/SUP]I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. [SUP]
3 [/SUP]You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans? [SUP]
4 [/SUP]For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” are you not mere human beings?
[SUP]
5 [/SUP]What, after all, is Apollos? And what is Paul? Only servants, through whom you came to believe—as the Lord has assigned to each his task. [SUP]
6 [/SUP]I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. [SUP]
7 [/SUP]So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. [SUP]
8 [/SUP]The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. [SUP]
9 [/SUP]For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.
