so in simple terms, believers are given a bible and a prayer.
when dose our understanding kick in. lol
god and jesus and the holy spirit , speak words, to many believers. but not everything that is spoken, is directed to a modern day believer.
your answer missed your understanding. and that understanding is to grow, with a mixed bunch of different era, or ages, who share the same faith as them or us.etc

truth has many definitions, given the world, has many different religions, and has many different unbelievers.

I have found that resisting the temptation to sin makes life very beautiful. Therefore, I appreciate the commandments.

truth v a lie believed, is not a justification, to why you do something.
if your reject the truth, it don t matter what you believe, as being justification.
truth guides the way , to exposing a lie.
