I have read all the posts that doulos has posted on this thread. And I have not seen such a comment like you said in his posts nor can I draw that conclusion from what he has posted.
Since you have made such an accusation I like you to quote the post in which he has made such a statement.

Yes our friend petert is bearing false witness and accusing me of saying things that were never said. I forgive him though. I even understand why he does it. Instead of examining what was said in the light of the Scriptures he tries to squeeze it through his doctrinal filter. Not only do I forgive but it saddens me to see him act in such a manner. You see when one promotes a fallacy (in effect a lie) about what someone else says what does that make them? Unfortunately his doctrine does not recognize that the Old covenant was an everlasting covenant and for it to be everlasting would require some Jews to be under it until this day. He doesn’t realize that those given the spirit of slumber, were given that spirit of slumber until the fullness of the Gentiles come in, not just until they convert. After all they can’t convert to something God does not allow them to see. If God allowed them to see it, then all would convert and the old would cease to exist making God a liar. Replacement theology fails to take into account that we are grafted in among them and that the old covenant was an everlasting covenant. They don’t understand that the new covenant is not a replacement covenant but a totally new covenant opening the door for the Gentiles and the branches (Jews) that were broken out of the olive tree. So how are the Jews that are enemies of the gospel yet elect for their fathers sake saved? By placing their faith in the coming Messiah just as any other old testament saint like Moses was. They are still waiting for Christ to come not because they deny Christ but because they are not allowed to see Christ has come.If they denied Christ they would not be waiting for Christ.
