God bless us. I disagree with some of Dennis E. Engleman's views of things. I do not view all monarchy as ordained of God, and the Kingdom of God on earth. Orthodox Russia was ordained of God, but the monarchy of King Charlemagne and the Franco-Latin so called "Holy Roman Empire", which was neither holy, nor Roman (it was Frankish), nor an Empire (Charlemagne was a minor, local Frankish king), the reign of Charlemagne was a reign of heresy and Filioquism, a clear semi-Sabellian heresy, and one of the reasons Roman Catholicism fell into heresy and schism in 1014-1054 AD.
