I don't, I believe God is the first cause and that mankind is dead in sin.
I don't believe the letter to the Romans is an essay on the sovereignty of God.
Romans is telling everyone why Israel failed.
There is a better way of approaching these debates rather than an endless head-butting.
Perhaps a focus on Christ's unconditional love for us and His grace, might be a more rewarding
pursuit.

And interestingly, Abram likewise resisted the King of Sodom (and what he was offering) in Genesis 14.
And what is MORE interesting is that the King of Sodom dies in verse 10.
And there is ANOTHER King of Sodom all of a sudden.....juxtaposed with Melchizedek (having neither beginning of days, nor end of life).
So you have Satan (King of Sodom), God (Melchizedek) and the man Abram all packed together and Abram tithes to God
and rebukes the worldly offer of Satan. Abram rejects the bribe and chooses to save/redeem the souls of all of the men instead.

And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.

That I will not [take] from a thread even to a shoelatchet, and that I will not take any thing that [is] thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich:
Aaaaaand then you have the covenant of Genesis 15! What a coincidence.

Why were those angels able to sexually reproduce?
Jesus said that specifically about God's angels in heaven.
Not all angels!
Why did the Lord design angels with the ability to reproduce sexually?
grace and peace!

THEN the 10 kings submit to this seemingly unkillable warrior who blasphemes God to his face (think Goliath the Nephilim).
And THEN then mark of the beast is instituted (super-soldier DNA altering fallen angel juice....who really knows?).
And THEN the persecution of Israel and gentile believers begins in earnest.
So yea. Fallen angels merging with humankind it is.
And just to let you know, EVERY INCIDENT where there is unholy contact between angelic beings and mankind
MASSIVE CATASTROPHIC JUDGEMENTS occurred thereafter. Such as Sodom for example.
