That's funny when Romans shows people rejected God after knowing He existed and ended up with a reprobate mind.

But you continue in make belief since you seem comfortable with that.
Not only that but they changed his glory into the glory of beasts and worshipped the created things and because of what they did he gave them over to reprobation they sought after with thier corrupted hearts and minds

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

…..because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. ( because of what they did)

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections:

…..And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
‭‭Romans‬ ‭1:18-19, 21-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

man was created in Gods image and likeness but we provoke his wrath because of our persistent disobedience and willing ignorance of his word. If we keep to his word we can’t invent things to carry us away into fable and fantasy

“I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

I think a person can be Reformed without believing the TULIP extreme dogma.
Found this online: {{The term “Reformed,” in general, has far more extensive connotations than Calvinism. It spans more centuries than Calvin's time, encompasses a host of great theologians besides Calvin, and brings to mind many more topics of Christian theology and practice. Calvinism may be considered a subset of the Reformed tradition.}}

[And I think TULIPism may be viewed as a subset of Calvinism expressing its most extreme/problematic elements.]

Again, Magenta, you describe yourself.

Those raised by Christian parents are NOT born bent away from God but rather
have a mind inherently loving toward Him. Sorry your experience was different.
Oh how you love to erroneously assume, jump to wrong conclusions, and falsely accuse.

You really oughtn't.

An overview supplied from doing an online search of the matter GW guy just blatantly lied about:

A significant percentage of children raised in Christian homes eventually leave the faith.

Barna Group studies and other research indicate that a considerable number of young adults,
especially those raised in evangelical homes, disassociate with their childhood religion.

Here's a more detailed look~

General Trends:

Pew Research Center studies suggest that a substantial portion of adults, including those raised Christian,
disassociate from their childhood religion by their 30s, with some switching religions altogether.

Higher Rates in Specific Groups:

Some studies, like those cited by Foundation Worldview, highlight that a higher percentage
of children raised in evangelical homes may leave the church after high school.

Teenage Church Dropouts:

Research from Lifeway Research indicates that a significant portion of teenagers who
regularly attended U.S. Protestant churches eventually stop attending as young adults.

Reasons for Leaving:

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro notes that some Millennials leave the Church
due to perceived hypocrisy, judgment, and a feeling of inauthenticity within the faith.

Impact of Parental Faith:

Research on the impact of a father's faith and church attendance, such as that from Theology for the People,
suggests that a father's regular church attendance can significantly influence his children's faith.

Role of Interfaith Homes:

Pew Research Center studies also show that a substantial percentage of adults were raised in interfaith
homes, where exposure to multiple religious traditions can contribute to religious disaffiliation.

It is a major and legitimate concern for true believers that their children may depart the faith because so many do.

Speaking of misguided views, what is your view of the offer of salvation Jesus gave to Judas (the offer of the sop John 13:26)?
Was this gesture a legitimate sincere pleading for repentance and offer of fellowship?

Or a hideous cruel joke perpetrated on a man who Jesus knew to be damned?
Not only that, a person that Jesus Himself ALREADY damned in eternity past before he was ever born.

Extrapolate from there to TULIP and Calvinism.
What offer of salvation!? That's more of your eisegetical drivel.

I'm not surprised at these statistics. I personally know more than a few devout Christian families whose adult children want nothing to do with Christ.

"Significant number" is identified as between 70 to 80 percent. Yes, Scripture is unapologetically opposed
to the crap GW liar guy spouts. People are not born loving God simply because their parents profess Christ.
I wonder that he can say the ignorant things he does while he proclaims running a website promoting Biblical
Truths. Of course it is probably in the gibberish he speaks here, and full of the same types of lies he tells here.

My first two churches were a CRC followed by a PCA. Both were conservative reformed churches. However, once I moved out away from city life, it was difficult to find a replacement.
Finally I discovered a reformed Baptist church and thought “why not give it a try”.
They would not accept us, my wife and I, due to Baptism differences. My wife was baptized as an infant, and I was sprinkled rather than being submerged. They demanded that we each be re-baptized.
Needless to say, we had to drive an additional 30 miles further to find a church home, but it was worth it!
Par for the course for Reformed Baptists! My wife and I, when we were both still fairly young in the Lord, left a RB church because they insisted that my wife give up her profession as a classical musician which required her to work on Sundays at times during her seasonal work. We refused to fall into that legalism trap.

Well, thank you for statistics supporting the truth that apostasy is possible,
but I did not lie about my own bio shared by many friends who remain faithful.

Thanks for confessing that you're an advocate and supporter of half-truths, which is really not the truth. God does far more than merely
kick-start (or "initiate") salvation. The same God who has begun the good work in us sees that work through to the end (Phil 1:6).

Philippians 1 verse 6

That's the problem with your answer because Paul only says the ones that reject God and doesn't say they all rejected God only some did.

That means some didn't reject God which tells us were saved just by seeing God manifested from His Creation.

And it show you just how willfully ignorant GWH is of the Word! There are several examples in scripture of believers who had scoundrels for children! Eli, Samuel, even David, etc. God even made provision in the Law of Moses for dealing with incorrigible children. They were to be cut off from Israel!

The only thing that is "most extreme/problematic" are the depraved hearts of FWers. This is why you guys hate the Doctrines of Grace -- just as the world itself does! This is why the world's religions are all works-based. So...you FWers have a quite a bit in common with the ungodly world system.
