Well, your saying Jesus does not come when the dead are raised.
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Those things take place during the time, times, half time that Satan will have left. And following Jesus's return - which does not happen until the end of the third woe.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
God's wrath will be poured out during the time, times, half time that Satan will have left. The time, times, half time that Satan will have left in Revelation 12:14 is after he is cast down to earth, and after the 1260 days of Revelation 12:6.
The great tribulation will be taking place here on earth, while concurrently in heaven before the bema seat of Christ the rapture/resurrected saints will be judged and rewarded for what they have done for Christ during their lifetimes.
When Jesus returns down to earth, them who remained loyal to Him during 1335 days long great tribulation, and managed to survive it, will be blessed to rule and reign with Jesus during the 1000 years - when He has brought the Kingdom of Heaven with Him to be the Kingdom of God ruling over the nations during the 1000 years.
Also when Jesus returns, He will resurrect the martyred great tribulation saints in Revelation 20:4-6, to also rule with Him during the 1000 years.
After the 1000 years are over, the rest of the dead will be resurrected and will appear before the Great White Throne Judgment.
