5Fold Church
What's means the name of this church ?
The 5 fold ministry is found in Eph. 4: 11. There are the true and there are the false ministries. Church organisations call themselves many names now however we need to discern the true and the false.

The bottom line is that anyone can call themselves whatever they please. If people call themselves apostles, then they need to be seen to be fulfilling that role. But that is not for us to judge. There is a day of Judgment coming, and we all have to stand before Christ and give our own account for what we have done in our lives. There is a warning in Scripture for us not to be many teachers, because those who take on the teaching role have the greater responsibility at the Judgment.

Also, the foundation of any ministry is the preaching of the true Gospel of Christ which involves what Christ has done for us on the Cross, and that those who embrace Christ need to repent and believe the Gospel. If the "apostle" leaves out or ignores the Gospel in the process, then she might end up being viewed as preaching another "gospel", creating a problem for herself at the Judgment.

If in the process of casting out demons, the post-demonized people are transformed to be stable believers in Christ who go on to live as true testimonies for Christ, then her ministry is useful and will be acknowledged and rewarded at the Judgment.

But there is a danger of judging ministries before the time. This means that those who judge the apostle when God is not presently judging her may be usurping God who has prepared His own day for judging us all.

My view is that if the apostle is accepted by her own group of followers and people come to her for ministry believing that they can be helped and set free, then we who are not part of her group really have no basis for judgment. As Gamaliel said to the other religious leaders concerning the early church, "If it is just a passing phase it will fizzle out in time, but if it is really of God, then we may be fighting against God Himself". Very wise advice, which many of us should take on board when commenting about the different ministries that we view on YouTube.

I know scripture references the 12 apostles of the lamb in Matthew and Revelation. However, Eph. 4:8-12 states that when Jesus ascended He gave gifts to men. This would seem to confirm that all ministry offices continued for the work of the ministry. I've always seen the 12 apostles as having prominence due to their being the first to carry the message.

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
“when Jesus ascended He gave gifts to men.”

right he ascended here

“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and gave gifts with the Holy Ghost the first thing he did was equip Peter to stand up and start preaching The gospel later he gave Paul the gift of revelation and called him to be the twelfth apostle

the thing is I making a distinction between the ones Jesus called and appointed barnabus for instance is referenced as an apostle by Luke but the. So is Jesus referenced as an apostle by the book of Hebrews it doesn’t make either one an apostle of the church appointed by Jesus is my only point

“Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

my point is calling someone an apostle like that doesn’t make them an apostle of the Jesus Christ there’s only twelve apostles ordained by Jesus is all I’m saying many messengers but 12 appointed to witness Christ and reveal him in the New Testament scripture we still learn from them every day

The five-fold ministry refers to Ephesians 4:11, as Marilyn said: "And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,"

It's used by those who proclaim that the offices of Prophet and Apostle have been restored, especially by those in the New Apostolic Reformation. By "reformation" they mean a shift in the church by which all authority is given to the prophets and apostles; in other words, it's a silent coup.

Apostles have the authority to write scripture and to change scripture as they see fit. For example, Brian Simmons' The Passion Translation. Simmons also claims he was commissioned by the Lord to write John 22, which will coming; look for it.

I'd love to read what it would look like:ROFL:
I remember once, after reading Exodus, I also wanted to write my own version of what Moses did after he didn't enter the promised land. Haha, of course, that can only be regarded as the idea of fiction.

Do you think it is possible for Moses to return to Egypt and become the new king of Egypt?

what are your thoughts of Apostle Kathryn Krick
I've looked at this person's ministry on different occasions lately, and firstly, a true "apostle" of the Lord Jesus does not and does not need to put the ministry term "Apostle" before their name.

Secondly, she certainly doesn't have the delegated power and authority that a true NT apostle should have, she may have a ministry of an evangelist, but even then on a low level of power and authority; what she probably has is that of a ordinary believer as stated in Mark 16v15-18.

Thirdly, on looking at her website, I found her emphasis on money rather unscriptural, i.e., the sale of clothing and the big "Give" button at the top of her website. The apostles of the early Church did neither of these to run their ministry's, and 95% of any money given by the believers went to help the poor, widows orphans etc, not on taking large salaries and furnishing their own nests!

Fourthly, she reportedly has some connection with Kenneth Copeland, which I find disturbing as I consider him to be a false prophet!

I've known some true apostles in my 40 years as a Christian, and one in particular, whom I know from experience walked continually in Scriptural supernatural phenomena (gifts of the Spirit), gift of wisdom, gift of knowledge, gifts of healings, discerning of spirits, gift of miracles, someone whom the Lord had appeared to and spoken to of different occasions.

I saw this woman on FB and then on Youtube and her deliverance ministry. I am posting this because I see she is part of the church known as 5Fold Church.

I am only wanting a biblical response to please to her teaching and what you see in the videos/ Teaching. If you are just going to say comments that are insulting, please just move on.

Thank you

Well, for a start, I personally won't view any of her yt videos or listen to anything she has to say. Jesus is not a showman. She writes that a prophet advised her that God has set her apart to be an apostle... what prophet, what were their credentials. I would say they were a self-appointed prophet, not one set apart by God. I can't believe we are sucked in by the counterfeits that are out there, and the melodrama and rhetoric served up by those deceived by pentecostalism. I was in that kind of scene for a while after my born again experience, and it became obvious that they were being delusional. Her so-called apostle ministry is a sham. Paul said he would never allow a woman to teach, and therefore we could add, lead, men in the church. It's a disgrace to suggest otherwise.

In the book of Acts, Paul cast out the spirit of divination from the slave girl and it came out within the hour.

Which indicates that it remained in the girl for a short period of time after Paul commanded it to leave.
I've cast out many demons. Some are more stubborn than others. The reality is that they have no choice. Worst case has been a few minutes.

it is not her or the work of God I think anyone is speaking about. Yet the demon possession is seen in her meetings many of them from what I see were members and claimed to be saved already. They are random people from her own fellowship that is being possessed.

In addition, generational curses are not to Christians. Having biblical doctrine that is 99% biblical and 1 % arsenic, that one percent will kill you over time.

Of course I would not suggest banking your salvation on the fact that you have "cast out devils in His name" (Matthew 7:22); for some will make that mistake when standing before Christ.

Our salvation is wholly dependent on Christ and what He did for us on the Cross (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

But you seem pretty solid so I don't think that you have made that mistake.

Thank you. I'm 70, so every day is a bonus. When I meet my Lord Jesus, my boast will be in what He has done, not what I have done. Casting out demons is evidence of having your name written in the Book of life. It is not the means to get your name recorded there.

Don't believe brother @CS1, sister @Lafftur - the Lord will deal a death blow to the false prophets such as anointed this woman - before he lays a hand of judgement on the anointed witches.
then you better look out than with your hateful comments
