Belief stems from faith after having sought truth in all earnesty. It is a gift from our Maker. It cannot be seized, nor can it be rationalized, but it is the most stable factor in our being, and it is eternal. Faith is also the result of hope. Faith leads to love.
Do you believe Jesus is God because His body is the temple for the Holy Spirit?

Yes, of course, but how do you connect this fact to the deity of Christ?
1 John 5: 7: "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one" KJV

depends which translation you using. in others it says: There are 3 that testify.

I can most generally tell which doctrine and theology and denomination or sect a Christian has been brainwashed with by their persistence to resis that which proves what they believe to be false.
Good for you.............oh, I can generally tell when someone comes to CC to "blow smoke" and promote their weird ideas of Scripture...................point in case? The OP.

No, I do not think you can. If you dismiss the words of Paul you dismiss the words of God.
If I prove this you have said by Paul's own words as recorded in your bible, will you admit that you were wrongand not everything you believe is the truth?Yes or no?

I am not impressed by people who come on my threads and make wild accusations that they cannot prove because they are lies.

Before I answer that let me ask you this. Do you believe that everything the apostle Peter wrote are the words of God?

If you do not accept the apostolic testimony as the word or God then what is the foundation for your arguments? If the words of Paul are not the words of God then whatever he says will be untrustworthy no matter which side of the argument you take. If you are going try to use 1 Corinthians 7:12 for you argument on this you are seriously barking up the wrong tree.

I knew he was being antagonistic, and that's okay if he's hurting and interested in learning, but I don't see such desire.

I knew you were possessed with evil spirits the first time you accused me of being antagonistic without proving it.

I have already proved you do not have faith in that which you believe enough to put it to the test. And what I do accept or do not accept is none of your business. I have just as much right to post here what I believe as you do.

And all one has to do is go through the read and read what you have said and what I have said. I have proved that which you believe is a lie.many many many times over.

Granted. I have never suggested otherwise. So pray tell, what words of Paul do you feel disqualify his writings as the word of God.

In post #67 I have already addressed this. In another post you said if I answered your question you would answer the question in post #67I answered your question. You have not kept your word. Are you a liar?

The answer is NO. My faith is the word of God does not hinge upon your understanding of what Paul said. So, tell me what words Paul said that you feel disqualify his words as the words of God.
