There is so much I don't "know" about God. But, what I do know God has revealed to me. I would know absolutely nothing about Him if He didn't teach it too me. My "knowledge"? Pffft yeah right as it is all from God.

Here is a thought..."when God brings us home we will begin to understand more about Him. We will have eternity with Him and we will still not know everything about Him." Now that there is a humbling thought if I ever heard one. (This was told to me by my dad).

Okay, so are those tabernacles like the ones in Harry Potter? You step into a small tent and then it spreads out into a bedroom, living room and kitchen, complete with a bay window looking out and chandlers? Or is just the lean-tos described in he OT somewhere? (Haven't read the details in so long, I forget everything but we're actually supposed to cut down our own trees to make these tents.)

Because, got to tell you -- I really, REALLY like indoor plumbing, electricity, a TV, my computer AND air-conditioning! I'm just not an outdoor kind of person -- especially tents! Grasshoppers in my garden unnerve me! Mosquitoes! Snakes crawling in sleeping bags. BUGS! Hoot owls waking me up. Rustling in the bushes. Is it just a bird or a wild and vicious be

Comfortably? Safely inside an air-conditioned house? Enjoying the plumbing and electricity? See? It IS safer inside than outside, (unless you have high ceilings and he decides to fix something on a ladder up there.) lol

Honestly, I get the Feast of the Tabernacles is to remind us that God sees us through everything, I just hate camping and wildlife, at least that close up!

It seems so apparent on this site that so many are so sure they know everything about every topic from God's point of view.

I agree with what a bible scholar said, "I am 100% sure of everything I've written here, but I am also equally sure I could be wrong in some parts." That sums up how I feel about what I'm sure of.

And then there are the gobs of things I'm not sure of or simply don't know. Since so many are so sure they have different topics on here down pat, then what don't you know? Honestly? Deep down, what are things you truly don't understand about God and would like to some day? And out of those things, which ones were you curious about enough to do a lot of researching but still didn't come up with an answer?
I think it's safe to say that we all have a lot to learn.

We would be consumed if we saw him as he is. We know what the spirit of God wants us to know. Nothing more and nothing less. We live here he does not, but his spirit is here as he gives it to his people. He is about his business and all we can do is thank him and believe in the Lord crucified, waiting for his return. Every thing else is vain
