WHAT HAVE WE BECOME?
Jer 23:18 For who has stood in the counsel of Jehovah, and hears His Word? Who has listened to His Word and heard it?
Jer 23:19 Behold, the tempest of Jehovah has gone forth in fury, a whirling tempest. It shall whirl on the head of the wicked.
Jer 23:20 The anger of Jehovah shall not return, until He has done and until He has set up the purposes of His heart; in later days you shall understand it perfectly.
Jer 23:21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran; I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
Jer 23:22 But if they had stood in My wisdom and had caused My people to hear My Words, then they would have turned them from their evil way and from the evil of their doings.
Jer 23:23 Am I a God near, says Jehovah, and not a God afar off?
Jer 23:24 Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I shall not see him? says Jehovah. Do I not fill the heavens and earth? says Jehovah.
Jer 23:25 I have heard what the prophets said, who prophesy lies in My name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed.
It’s easy to see what the profit Jeremiah meant when he through God, foretold a strong warning to all the false prophets of the day. You can see from the passages above and also from Jer 23, that God doesn’t take these things lightly, in fact, false profits were destroyed in those days, and put to death with no questions asked.
But today in our modern culture, where the churches and ministries wink at sin and disobedience in a roundabout way, telling the gullible masses that they can sin like the devil, tell tall tales about healing, and prosperity, and they surely will NOT die!
Today we are seeing an army of these false prophet’s and teachers, some high profile like Todd Bentley, Benny Hinn, and the host of other charlatans lining up on Christian TV and radio, duping the lost masses into a rabbit trail leading to perdition in the end!
Then there are the not so blatant false teachers and prophet’s, that attract millions with their saved in sin message, Jesus took your place, and all your sins are pre forgiven, etc.. These are the ones to look out for, they are the sheep in wolves clothing, as well as the others who come with their great swelling words of emptiness, promoting a form of godliness but denying its power!
They twist and turn the scriptures to fit into a theology that tickles the ears of all who listen and support them, thus sealing their fate once and for all!
They promise them liberty, while they still remain in bondage to sin, and the lust OF the world, as they chase after the false illusions being sold today, that gives them hope to have their cake and eat it too!
If anyone is supporting and endorsing these false profits, who dance around the stage and TV screen, yelling, screaming, barking like a dog, asking for money to further their dark kingdom, then shame on you! Wake up! Flee for your life and take as many as you can from the flames of the fire!
There is nothing godly about this, and those who love and support them are sharing in their sins!
Rom 1:29 being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; being full of envy, murder, quarrels, deceit, evil habits, becoming whisperers,
Rom 1:30 backbiters, haters of God, insolent, proud, braggarts, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31 undiscerning, perfidious, without natural affection, unforgiving, unmerciful;
Rom 1:32 who, knowing the righteous order of God, that those practicing such things are worthy of death, not only do them, but have pleasure in those practicing them.
The word of God is clear to those who have an ear to hear, open the word and it will clearly show you this great deception and where it all leads!
The word is full of warnings about these men and women who come to you in many ways and forms, come back to reality, repent of it all, seek the mercy of God while you can, He is waiting on for you to do this, and come out of Babylon and all its false ways and deceptions!
Jud 1:3 Having made all haste to write to you about the common salvation, beloved, I had need to write to you to exhort you to contend earnestly for the faith once delivered to the saints.
Jud 1:4 For certain men crept in secretly, those having been of old previously written into this condemnation, ungodly ones perverting the grace of our God for unbridled lust, and denying the only Master, God, even our Lord Jesus Christ.
Either you are for God, and standing firm against the lies and deceit, or you are for them as you remain silent and do nothing, which shows you are against God and His truth, which clearly is against all false ways and deception!
Quit looking for your answers and hope through a host of subtle and not so subtle false teachers and prophets, look to the word of God, dig deep, flee from the lies, get clean before God by repenting and seeking His mercy, and He will give you all you need through His son Jesus Christ, to stand strong against the lies and deception!
It’s your choice, God is waiting patiently for you to come out, lay aside all wickedness and filthiness, and receive with meekness His implanted word, that can save your souls, not some perverted carnival show, led by a host of spiritually corrupt ring leaders, who have no reverence for God and His way!
2Pe 3:15 And think of the long-suffering of our Lord as salvation (as our beloved brother Paul also has written to you according to the wisdom given to him
2Pe 3:16 as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which the unlearned and unstable pervert, as also they do the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction).
2Pe 3:17 Therefore, beloved, knowing beforehand, beware lest being led away with the error of the lawless, you fall from your own steadfastness.
2Pe 3:18 But grow in grace and in knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
