Agreed. I see several different types of salvation in the Bible.

Since Evangelists made "going to heaven" the primary endeavor of the Christian life, vs representing God in the earth as His children, then confusion about other salvations entered in. Perhaps blindness is more appropriate than confusion.
This is the third greatest post i've seen in this forum regarding the topic of salvation.
Thank you!

Salvation means being saved - that is easy! But saved from what? Saved from the power and control of sin and of the Devil. Salvation is not just about getting to heaven and being there forever: salvation also means being saved today from the power and control of sin.
If our focus is sin, sin will be the problem.
This is just a brief list of what we get at salvation.
1. Access to God.
2. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
3. The Unique Availability of Divine Power.
4. Efficacious Grace.

1) The Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

2) Efficacious Grace.

3) The Filling of God the Holy Spirit.

4) The Indwelling of God the Holy Spirit.

5) Regeneration.

6) The Sealing Ministry of the Holy Spirit.

7) The Distribution of Spiritual Gifts.
5. Election. God has elected us(Not for salvation) for His highest and best.
6. Equal Privilege and Opportunity.
7. Escrow Blessings. Eph 1:3
8. Eternal Life.

1JO 5:11-13 And the witness is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life.
9. Eternal Security.

ROM 8:38-39.
ROM 8:31-32, "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?" "All things" includes a security that neither God nor we can break.
10. The Filling of God the Holy Spirit.
11. A Secure, Immovable Foundation.
12. Being Presented as a Gift from God the Father to God the Son.
13. Deliverance from the Great White Throne Judgment and the Lake of Fire.
14. Identification with God the Son in Biblical Analogy.
15. The Indwelling of God the Father.

The believer receives the Indwelling of God the Father at the moment of salvation, JOH 14:22-23, EPH 4:6, PHI 2:13, 1JO 4:15, 2JO 1:9.
16. The Indwelling of God the Holy Spirit.
17. The Indwelling of God the Son.

JOH 14:20; JOH 17:22-23,26, ROM 8:10, 2CO 13:5, GAL 2:20a, COL 1:27.
18. An Eternal Inheritance.
19. Justification.

GAL 2:16, TIT 3:7, ROM 3:28.
20. Transference into the Kingdom of God.
COL 1:13b, "And [God] transferred us to the Kingdom of His beloved Son."
21. Deliverance from the Kingdom of Satan.
COL 1:13a, "For He delivered us from the domain of darkness."
22. The New Spiritual Species.
2CO 5:17 "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come."

GAL 6:15
23. Positional Sanctification.
positionally higher than angels, Heb 1-2.
24. Predestination.
Predestination is God saying, "I will give you everything you need to execute My plan for your life so that I can give you tremendous blessings." God provides for every believer "logistical" grace in order that each believer might execute the Predesigned Plan of God.
EPH 1:5 "He [God the Father] predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will."
25. The Ten Problem-Solving Devices of the Predesigned Plan of God.
1) The Rebound Technique.

2) The Filling of the Spirit.

3) The Faith-rest drill.

4) Grace Orientation.

5) Doctrinal Orientation.

6) Personal Sense of purpose.

7) Personal Love for God the Father.

8) Impersonal Love for All Mankind.

9) Sharing the Happiness of God.

10) Occupation with Christ as the priority solution to life.
26. Propitiation.
27. The Unique Predesigned Plan of God.
28. Reconciliation.
29. Redemption..........And there is more!

Once saved always saved" focuses on the part of getting to heaven, but misses the importance of the power of Jesus to save from the control of sin today and in this life.
Not true. We would focus on the above list of gifts we get at the moment of salvation and how we apply them in the Christian way of life. But we cannot, because loss of salvation is stuck at salvation and sin.
