IV. Salvation

Salvation involves the redemption of the whole man, and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer. In its broadest sense salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.

A. Regeneration, or the new birth, is a work of God's grace whereby believers become new creatures in Christ Jesus. It is a change of heart wrought by the Holy Spirit through conviction of sin, to which the sinner responds in repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Repentance and faith are inseparable experiences of grace.

Repentance is a genuine turning from sin toward God. Faith is the acceptance of Jesus Christ and commitment of the entire personality to Him as Lord and Saviour.

B. Justification is God's gracious and full acquittal upon principles of His righteousness of all sinners who repent and believe in Christ. Justification brings the believer unto a relationship of peace and favor with God.

C. Sanctification is the experience, beginning in regeneration, by which the believer is set apart to God's purposes, and is enabled to progress toward moral and spiritual maturity through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in him. Growth in grace should continue throughout the regenerate person's life.

D. Glorification is the culmination of salvation and is the final blessed and abiding state of the redeemed.

Salvation is the process God uses to save a sinner from ALL EVIL, to HIS GLORY AS MAN!
The biggest misunderstanding is WHEN IS THE HOLY SPIRIT IN A PERSON?
Can a saved person sin? If so, was he saves in the first place?
Can a person sin with the Holy Spirit in him? Who is guilty of the sin, the holy person or the sinning person? Now the man is two persons? See it just does not make sence... Or does the Holy Spirit leave the man when he sin and later return again?
What is a holy man? Is it a man with only the Holy Spirit in him? YES!!!
Why does the word say...Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1 John 3:9...
Please note God does not say...if a man matured to his stature...God says BORN of God. And this SEED that remaineth in ALL who are BORN of God...is that not the Holy Sprit? YES it is... So this makes it clearly...Rebirth is at the end of Salvation and justification. This makes it obvious the Holy Spirit ENTERS AND FILLS THE SOUL, BODY AND SPIRIT of the man at teh END of sanctification.

The Holy Spirit LEADS before He FILLS! We are lead to the glorification through sanctification. Glorification is the BAPTISM OF HOLY SPIRIT!

Read Acts 8:5 to 25....See the whole process in a city of Samaria.

This is the process in short... Sinner - Repenting sinner - Saint - Reborn NEW CREATURE / Perfect / Holy man.

God calls sinners to repent. Those that hears the CALL do repent from all sin...they become sinless people SAINTS...now they need to be perfected.. Eph4:11 to 13.. Completed SAVED SOUL... Holy man of GOD!
