1 Corinthians 12:28

Ephesians 2:19-20

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
Ephesians 4:11-14

The bible gives us a very interesting insight of how the church of Jesus Christ is structured. All the verses above link with the common precept that the church of Jesus Christ is headed by Apostles and Prophets, called of and ordained by Jesus Christ himself through his holy priesthood which gives them the power to act within the name of God. It says that Jesus has given them in the church and will continue to do so.
Where does this leave protestantism? Which openly rejects the structure of the church itself which the bible speaks of. Just where are these "apostles and prophets?" With so many denominations, surely they cannot be scattered amongst them all with different theologies? Does this mean catholicism is the only true faith?
