I suspect Jews have corrupted these places. Jews probably wanted to stress their primacy or supremacy over surrounding nations so they changed the text.

Thats why I do not use Jewish OT. Its very obviously influenced. These places would be also clear contradictions, because we know Abraham had more sons:

"Abraham and his son Ishmael were both circumcised on that very day."
Gen 17:26

Yes he loved both sons but only one was used to represent the spiritual seed, not seen, Christ. Ishmael is not listed in the genealogy as the generation of Christ . God is no respecter of persons . It’s all about the one Seed... Christ. Never about the flesh of either. We do not wrwstle against flesh and blood. They do, the as the god of this world (thier god) has been a murderer from the beginning. Nothing new.

Abraham is a picture of God the Father. Isaac a picture of Jesus . Abrahams servant who he tasked to find Isaac wife a picture of the Holy Spirit.
