Who is the True Christ?
Can we not trace this since Old Testament time?

This is what is written:

1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

How could JESUS CHRIST be in the Old Testament before He was born? Indeed, this is foolishness to the Natural Man:

1 Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

John 1:1-2,14 KJVS
[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] The same was in the beginning with God.
[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Put those two passages together and it should answer your question.

interesting. Historically, traditionally and biblically it has always stood that the athanasian creed be the true understanding of the incarnation.

However can someone please enlighten me to why Jesus could not be the God-Man before the incarnation?
I am only thinking if we explore the following clues:
1. It was the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who really made the "testament of salvation"
2. Why did JESUS CHRIST fulfill this "testament" and not the FATHER?

Grigory, I noticed you are on at least 5 or more forums. Are the answers to your questions that bad? LOL
cossnote, you know what our topic is, "Who is the True CHRIST?".
Is the question being answered?
How about you, are you satisfied with the answers?

If the people who rep you don't have a fairly high rep power, themselves, you don't get much from them...... maybe only a tenth of a full rep power point.

Now, if someone with a rep of 60 reps you, then you immediately gain a whole point..... if you have been here awhile. New people don't seem to gain rep very fast.
Uh.... What's rep?... Sorry still kinda new..

Jesus was only a man while He was on the earth. Just like when you die you will leave your body, but your soul will last for eternity. Well the soul that took on the form of a man was God the Son- Jesus Christ. There are only three souls Who are Deity (God), and Jesus is one of Them.

To the apostles Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, just as He is to anyone. For when He returns every knee shall bow, and every tongue will confess Who He is.
Jesus WAS FULLY GOD AND FULLY MAN..............sorry.........but that is the truth.

Who is Jesus Christ to you? Is the most important question.

You expect an answer to 'Who is the True Christ'? on a post. We have 29 Books of Scripture telling us who the True Christ is and you want an answer of a paragraph or two?
Maybe you can narrow down your question?

I would rather know 'who is the Jesus revealed in Scripture. We don't all have private Jesus's :)

Sorry, I'm not sure why my words sometimes delete themselves when I post my reply. Has anyone else had this problem for the last few months or more? It's very odd.

What I meant to say was that Jesus remains fully God and also became a man. Therefore, He is fully God and fully man.

Are you talking about Software or the People on CC? Could apply to both, enough to make anyone end up on Tablets sometimes!!

crossnote, I feel our fellow participants in this Forum are limiting our comments on some topics. I feel said because I don't know the reason.
