The book doesn't sound at all like Paul to me, though. Doesn't Paul have a different style?
The doctrine in Hebrews easily aligns itself with Paul's teachings elsewhere, but that in and of itself is still inconclusive. All scripture is ultimately inspired by the Holy Spirit so one would expect to see similarities in scripture regardless of who the natural writer was.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean about Paul's style, but one would expect him or anybody else for that matter to write differently to an entirely Hebrew audience than to a mixed audience of both Jews and Gentiles.
