A distinction between the two is not being made, in fact they are together as the same which they are. This is not speaking of heavenly angels but angels in the sense of human messengers who come from other lands where different languages are spoken. Most people did not travel far or at all and only knew their own language but angels/messengers would come and often speak a different language.

The point is it doesn't matter what language you are speaking if you speak without charity.
I accept scripture as written. Paul does make a distinction.
"Though I speak with the tongues of men AND of angels..."

You don't know about the Nephilim the sons of God that took for themselves wives of men? Do you even know about the seed war established by God against satan in the gearden?

These are very basic but very vital things to understand how this all works why things are the way they are what the battle war plan present past and future has to do with from the first breath of life to the end of the story.

I would suggest you study these things
Now your using words not listed in the Bible Nephilim. If you respond to this post please use Scripture not just own personal opinion.

He is not showing how they are different but how they share something in common. Simply mentioning them separately and in the same sentence does not support the idea that he is making a distinction between them.

Why can't you?
It is a gift from God that has a purpose.

1Co 14:5 I would that ye all spake with tongues, but rather that ye prophesied: for greater is he that prophesieth than he that speaketh with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

1Co 14:19 Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.

1Co 14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

God will not give the gift of tongues if there is no need. If everyone understands English why speak in another language?

Paul's comment addresses two things. There is the ability to speak languages of men and angels. Yet the motivating force of love is what really matters.

"Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal." 1 Cor. 13:1

Because this gift is not given to you.
If he has the Holy Ghost, the gift comes with Him.

He's just refusing to allow the Lord to speak thru him.

The private prayer language is not in any known language spoken by men... it is a supernatural

Paul spoke of speaking in tongues of angels which is supernatural communication of the Lord praying thru us.

This is cant agree. I know only Christians which dont got the gift of speaking in tongues.
This is mainly pentecostal and charismatic teaching that along with receiving the Holy Spirit the gift of speaking in tounges is there.

Not entirely accurate statement. It is a Biblical teaching for God's own Word.

If this would be true for the post apostolic time, then f.e. australia was without Christian till 1908/1909.
Almost all Christians in europe and america dident speak in tongues before the pentecostal movement starts in 1901.
Would you say, they had not the Holy Spirit?

You didn't deny my statement, so I take it that you agree.

It is a teaching, which obviously came to an end with the apostolic time. The claim that every believer who is baptised with the Holy Spirit, got the gift of speaking in tounges was also not taught during the apostolic time.

Are you telling me that the millions of people filled with The Holy Ghost and speaking with other tongues today are false and not saved by Grace.
